Guest are able to let themselves in as the apartment has coded entry. Access and contact details will be provided prior to arrival. A short easy stroll to either the beautiful Milford or Castor Bay beaches. Dining or shopping is also nearby at the Milford shopping precinct. Modern apartment on North Shore

Our comfortable private downstairs one bedroom apartment with outside deck and garden has a true coastal feeling! It comfortably fits two but can accommodate 4 and is centrally located in a quiet neighbourhood and a cul-de -sac with plenty of off street parking. Just 15 minute walk to the Browns Bay beach and town centre where you can enjoy the Cafes, shops and restaurants. We also 5 minute stroll to Sherwood park where the kids can play and enjoy a ice-cream while feeding the ducks.

Grey Lynn/Ponsonby: Stunning more than just a room

You'll love our location, it is quite unique. In a prior life it was a mechanics workshop which we have repurposed into a delightful home. BTW - Once you book, you will have the wing to yourselves, even it's just you. Relax in the covered terrace with a cuppa in the morning and unwind with a beer or wine in the evening before hitting the many fine restaurants and eateries in the area. Tea, coffee, milk and "some treats" included.
