Tranquil Karekare Valley Home

Tranquil Valley Home, 4 guests 2 upstairs bedrooms. A walk on Karekare beach is one of the most memorable walks in the country. Some of the local bush and coastal walks are also highly rated. Karekare had some significant flooding in February 2023. There are still some road works being completed. We inform guests about these at the time of the booking. Nestled amongst the Nikau palms of a beautiful Piha section, this Airbnb is a stand alone building with private access. Hidden in the heart of Piha, you are only minutes away from the beach, cafes and waterfalls. The newly built "hut” contains an amazing queen size bed, private sheltered deck, comfortable seating and boasts a stunning view of Lion Rock. There is external access to a private bathroom located near the hut.

Surrounded by Tuis and Wood pigeons the hut is close to Piha and Karekare…or simply stay and enjoy nature. Beaches are 10 minutes away by car. Grocery shopping and gassing up recommended beforehand.
