Welcome to our luxurious tiny house located in the heart of Wanaka. This stunningly designed house features high-end finishes and amenities that will make your stay unforgettable. Featuring all day sun on the large deck, two queen loft bedrooms, full kitchen, dining and lounge. A highlight is the full tiled shower and bathroom with under tile heating. Outside there are stunning mountain views and a fire-pit to enjoy. The Alpine Chalet tiny house is the perfect getaway spot for your next holiday.

A Good Find

A well appointed studio room with a private entrance and sweeping views of the mountains. The studio contains a queen bed, private ensuite, outdoor patio, and garden area. There are coffee and tea making facilities, but the room does not have a kitchen or fridge. Please note that we live onsite and have a toddler 👶 and a dog 🐶 which means our house is not always peaceful! We do our best to be welcoming, friendly and share our little slice of paradise. We have two e-bikes available for hire.

Barn Studio On Aubrey

Our serene studio is a welcoming & cosy home away from home. Independent from our main house with its own entry & off-street parking , the open plan living area includes a full kitchen and opens onto a private outdoor setting with BBQ. Décor is modern with natural colours and the woodburner makes your stay comfortable all year round. The bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed with ensuite and in the morning you can listen to the birds while supping on a complimentary tea, coffee or hot choc.

The cosy cabin with stunning view and private spa

This adorable and very warm winter cabin, with stunning views and spa, is part of our 25-acre property, located behind The Lookout Lodge, at the manager's residence. This rustic, cute cabin has a queen bed, and a separate private bathroom with an outside hot shower house just next to the cabin. There is also a private spa where you can enjoy amazing star gazing as you soak! You’ll love this cabin because of its unique location, awesome shower, stunning scenery, and taste of kiwi farm life.

Welcome to Hawea Hunny Nook. Originally when Hawea dam was built in 1950s it was the explosive shed. Now fully renovated an insulated with rustic features. It has bed,dining,lounge with separate bathroom. Tea,coffee facilities an BBQ . Views under the apple tree out to hazelnut orchard. Close to Lake walks,bike tracks,fishing,supermarket, cafe,takeaway,garage. 15 mins to wanaka shops an eateries. Responsible dog owners welcome on approval. Owners house on site with 3 sociable terriers.

The Chalet is located high on Mount Iron and offers magnificent views of Lake Wanaka and the surrounding mountains. Set in trees, it is private and peaceful, accessed by a guest lift which will carry you and your bags up the hill. Driftwood has been lovingly hand built by the owners with artisan touches. Furnished for your comfort with a luxurious King bed. On the deck there's a large 2 person sized hot bath (no jets) with views to the mountains for your relaxation .

Rocklands Retreat

This separate ensuite unit is part of a brand new house. You have your own private access from the sliding door of your personal outdoor space. The room itself is light bright and airy with high quality furnishings, feather duvet and pillows and Egyptian cotton towels. It is a large space with plush armchairs for lounging and a breakfast table as well as outdoor seating.There is a heat pump to keep you cozy in the winter months, Smart TV with Netflix and WIFI.

Little Lodge Wanaka Private Guesthouse

Our space has a private entry, a super-king 5-star rated bed, ensuite, loft child bedroom with 2 beds, private laundry w washing powder & dryer, an open kitchen, dining and lounge area. Outside there is a private deck and garden. Tea, coffee, resort bathroom amenities, WiFi, and smart TV. Independent check-in is by smartlock. Your stay will have little environmental impact as we use LED lights and recycling bins. We welcome pets, see special rules.

Best suited to people wanting a modern , immaculate space in a prime lake location with jaw dropping view. Also suitable for families as large open lawn space in front of unit building.

Peaceful cabin with large studio room and en-suite. Close to the lake and to highways to the national park and ski fields. Surrounded by trees with a lovely outlook over the Wanaka hills. Fantails and bell birds visit often. It's a short 5 min stroll to the lake and a 5 min drive or 30 min walk along the lake shore to the town centre. Continental breakfast is provided. Pets welcome by negotiation.
