Casa Fenice is located next to an olive grove and overlooking the cultivated fields of neighboring farms. Across the valley of the Saline River you will see the vineyard of San Lorenzo wines, the medieval villages of Elice and Castilenti, and small suburbs with support businesses for the farmers in the area. The nearest neighbor is 200m away, so with the exception of the occasional friendly farmer on his tractor, you are able to enjoy the blissful peacefulness of country living.

Villa Miranda is located in Gagliarda about 4 km from the center of Ortona. The villa is fenced and has covered parking inside. The exterior includes a large garden with a swimming pool and a gazebo with a barbecue surrounded by greenery for pleasant barbecues in absolute tranquillity. The residence is spread over three levels: first floor and attic for guests and ground floor reserved for the owners, who are present discreetly and always available for every need.

Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.
