Coproprieté calme à moins de 5 minutes de la sortie d autoroute valence sud, proche des commerces, du port de l eperviere et du nouveau centre aquatique, aux portes de la drome provençale, cet appartement est un vrai nid douillet. les draps et les serviettes sont fournis et à votre arrivee les lits seront faits. Le café est à discretion. 20e en especes sont à régler à l'arrivée pour ménage (ménage, lessive, repassage, fourniture de produits consommables tels que sopalin ou papier toilette)

Notre maison d'hôte s'appelle : la ferme saint pierre Drôme. Il y a votre gite et 2 suites de 50 m2. C'est situé dans l'ancienne ferme magnifique du 18e siecle. Votre gîte de 50m2, est complètement autonome ; Vous disposez aussi d'un espace sous une tonnelle pour déjeuner dehors. La piscine vous est accessible, dans un magnifique jardin avec vue sur le Vercors. Des ballades à pieds en sortant et sur le Vercors à 10 mn. Centre village à quelques minutes et gare tgv à 15mn.
