We have been very comfortable in the apartment. It has been all the facilities on the part of the hosts, both for arrival and departure. At first we had opted for the private parking, but they themselves were the ones who told us that there was room on the street (holidays) and they gave us the option to leave it in the private parking only if we needed. We are very grateful of that part. The apartment is larger than the pictures, and has everything. Also the area is very quiet but with everything you might need ( supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, bazaar-type grocery stores...). We would definitely repeat

We spent a month and a half in the beautiful almost new apartment of Aurelie and Nicolas with our children. The accommodation is very pleasant, perfectly equipped, sparkling with cleanliness and the welcome we were given was perfect! Thank you for your hospitality and for loaning us toys for our kids!

We spent one night at Sergio's property. The house was spotless, very clean and it was noticeable that they took special care to make the stay as pleasant as possible to the guests. We were looking for tranquility and silence to rest well for the continuation of the trip, and found it. I found Sergio very reliable in his amenities.

Raquel is a very open and kind host. He described everything in detail, so we got along quickly. The place is very clean and practically thought out – we didn't miss anything. Our stay in this house has been wonderful, the house is wonderful and true to the photos. Super comfortable beds, the perfect space for 8 people, we have been very comfortable and warm. Great communication with Antonio and Sergio. It has everything you need to spend a few days, extra blankets, towels and toiletries. They had the detail to leave us water in the fridge, coffee capsules and the heating set for each to be warm on arrival. All in all a perfect stay. 100% recommended

Sandra always responds soon to questions and Maria helps with what is needed. The apartment is as described. The subway is 10 min. There is a Carrefour 5 mns for shopping and the "Boulangerie" which makes a very good bread.

Large, spacious, nicely located and super clean house. The beds were very comfortable and the sheets and towels were very clean. Very nice smell coming in. And Maria is very kind and has always responded very quickly to the messages.

Small but very cozy apartment with everything you need to spend the night, wash and rest. The kitchen has everything, although it's small it doesn't lack anything. I really liked the rustic style, nothing bad to say, I would recommend it. The TV can't be seen from the sofa, it could be fixed with a swivel stand. The neighborhood is quiet, about 20 minutes from downtown, the church, hanging houses etc., highly recommended and Oscar was very attentive

My wife and I stayed here for four days during my business trip to Madrid. The location was perfect for both of us. It was in the heart of La Latina, an easy cab ride for me to business meetings and walking distance to Plaza Mayor, Royal Palace, Gran Via and other notable parts of the city center. Lots of restaurants, shops and small convenience stores around the block (to buy water, drinks, an adapter, etc.) We also arrived on Sunday and had front door access to the oldest and largest flea/antique market in Madrid. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated and modern. It was convenient to have two bathrooms, lots and lots of closet space and access to kitchen appliances (coffee machine) and even the washer. There’s an exercise bike and USB-C chargers (with charging outlets on both sides of the bed). The booking and check-in/out process was seamless and the manager (Jose Maria) provided excellent local tips and recs. Highly recommended!

I had a lovely stay at Leo’s place in Madrid. The apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location was perfect—close to the city centre and easy to get around. Leo was warm, welcoming, and made the whole experience smooth. Would definitely stay again!
