Conveniently located the villa is just a 15 minute walk from a lovely sandy beach, while a selection of restaurants and bars are even closer. During the early and later parts of the season a car may be necessary as some facilities located close by may not be available. Apartment located on the seventh floor overlooking the bay of the port of Alcudia. It has all the comforts for you to enjoy a pleasant stay. Air conditioning in the living room and bedroom. The building has two elevators and a recreation area with a swimming pool and a children's pool with a park. The apartment also has its own outdoor parking.

We are a couple that live in the countryside, and that we like the contact with nature. We offer this for our house, in which to enjoy a few days of vacation in this environment. Ideal to disconnect from everyday life. We also offer a nice fireplace for the nostalgic of the cold, and we make available firewood for its use.
