Here you will find the Alvoco River, which, due to the configuration of the mountains (in the form of a valley), has clear waters and pleasant temperatures for swimming in the summer. In winter, you can enjoy its beauty and harmony. The village is about 30 minutes by car from Torre (the highest point of Serra da Estrela), 30 minutes from Seia and 40 minutes from Covilhã.

If you are wanting to get away and discover the Xisto villages then there is no better place than Casa Eliza 2. It is situated in the middle of Aldeia Das Dez close to the shop and restaurants. it is suitable for four people upstairs it has two bedrooms. One with a double bed the other bedroom has two single beds. In between the two rooms there is a living room. Downstairs there is a kitchen diner and a bathroom. Leading to the outside where there is a small patio to enjoy the evening.

The house includes an open kitchen and living room, a 11 m2 mezanine for sleeping, an outside shower, compost toilet in a 5000 m2 forest garden with granit boulders, natural structures, sculptures and chillout places.

We believe there's a little something for everyone in Cabeça, we can accomodate couples, single people, groups up to 6 people, families, and even pets! Breakfast with traditional food is avaliable upon request on reservation.
