This cosy house is located 15 minutes from Molde city centre. Plenty of space for the whole family, with great outdoor areas and lots of hiking opportunities in the surrounding area. The house is within walking distance of the sea and overlooks Aukra, Gossen. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and a large en-suite bathroom. The children's room has a trampoline bed and some toys. Here we can place a mattress on the floor if needed. Guest rooms have a double bed and space for one or two people. The laundry room has a doormat, a washing machine and a tumble dryer. More pictures to come.

The old pink timber house provides space for peace and quiet for days on end. You have the house and grounds to yourselves. Enjoy the peace and quiet, perhaps combined with a boat trip, fishing and kayaking. A well-equipped boathouse is included, with a campfire pot, furniture and a toilet. In summer and winter, Tresfjordfjella, Romsdals- and Sunnmørsalpene are easily accessible. The house can accommodate 2 couples and 2-3 small children. There are basic kitchen and bathroom facilities. The house has been cared for as the historic gem that it is. This is not a party place.

Large storage room in the basement with storage space and drying facilities for winter clothes. Large shop right next to, about 200 m, 400 -500 meters to gas station and train station. Approx. 700 m to the ski lift. Here you do not need a car to use all the facilities that are in the area. Electric car charger available.

Free parking is available right outside the apartment.

The flat sleeps five, with four permanent beds and one guest bed that can be set up as required.

We offer our cabins for rental. The main cabin has 2 bedrooms (sleeps 6), a kitchen, sitting area with fireplace and a dining area. It also has a utility room with underfloor heating and a sink to freshen up. The 2nd and smaller cabin has 3 sleeping places and a spacious bathroom.
