Relaxation is provided by the new barrel sauna and the hot tub in the garden (for a surcharge). Through the large upstairs windows you can look at the neighboring golf course - or enjoy the untouched nature. The secluded property offers the best conditions for relaxing moments with up to 8 people. [Children up to the age of 10 stay free of charge/when booking with an accompanying person.]

The fully equipped tiny house is located at a pleasant distance from the cultivated farm on the edge of the horse paddock. The varied landscape near the Kronensee amusement park invites you to wonderful excursions. If you want to learn about life on the farm, we will gladly give you a tour of the farm. You can use all the highlights of Lake Alfsee (water skiing, trampolines, go-karting, etc.), as well as the extensive sauna area "Alfen Saunaland".

Our unique property is located in the beautiful Artland between meadows and fields. In the area you will find quaint small towns for half-timbered lovers and small farms with farm shops and restaurants to stop by after an extended bike tour or longer walks. 7 people (8 with extra bed) can vacation together in a 110 m² apartment located on the first floor. There are 4 separate bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen as well as a spacious hallway with seating. The proximity to the Alfsee (8 km) could be reached by e-bike, for which there is a lockable garage. On the large fruit meadow you can play, chill and barbecue.

Raus ausse Stadt und rein in den Kotten. Das denkmalgeschützte Heuerhaus liegt auf einem 5000m² Naturgrundstück Eingebettet in ländlicher Umgebung finden Sie hier Erholung pur. Das Haus wurde vollständig renoviert: Fußbodenheizung (Wärmetauscher), Wallbox, Sauna, Kamin alles wird mit Ökostrom betrieben. Deshalb werden die Stromkosten Zählergenau berechnet.
