Tiny Swedish cottage, right by the lake, with sauna

A small "Swedish house", right by the lake and in the middle of Germany. Bright – natural and Scandinavian – with minimalist decor. A unique lake view from the bed, right by the water, with a sauna and surrounded by greenery. A lovely little place for two people. The house is part of a small tiny house holiday complex (five houses). The other cottages can also be booked via Airbnb. The house is easy to reach by train; Hämelerwald train station is only a 15-minute walk away.

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.
