House with 3 floors. Two bedrooms upstairs and one in the furnished basement. There is a bathroom on the ground floor and in the basement. Kitchen and living room in one, with lovely views and two verandas. The house is located in a very peaceful area on our farm, at the end of a road. Here you can relax and let time stand still. There is nice hiking terrain just outside the door. You can walk on trails in the fields, or take the car to popular destinations in the area such as the Pulpit Rock, Kjerag, Jærstrendene, Kongeparken, Sandnes and Stavanger.

Sleeps 6, but can arrange 1 mattress on the floor in the basement if desired for the 7th person. Here your family can stay close to everything, the location is central. Walking distance to Kongeparken, Norwegian Outlet, swimming areas and mountain trips. 10 minutes from Sandnes and 25 minutes from Stavanger.

Welcome to Fjellro! Here you can get an overnight stay in the scenic area of Dirdal with an unforgettable view. With only a few meters to the fjord, an almost has the experience of sleeping in the water. All amenities are available either in the tiny house or in the basement of the shop Dirdalstraen Gardsutsalg nearby. The farm shop was named Norway's best farm shop in 2023 and 2025 and is a small attraction in itself. Right next door you will find a sauna that can be booked with equally good views.

In Ålgård Centre is located the shopping center Norwegian Outlet and the amusement park Kongeparken. Explore Stavanger or lovely beaches 25 minutes away. Winter: Ski resorts in the mountains 1 hour away with car. Pets: only dogs are allowed due to allergy in host family.

If you want to experience Rogaland, Foss Eikeland in Sandnes is a good starting point for day trips to Preikestolen, Kjeragbolten, Jærstrender and Kongeparken, or a walk in nice hiking areas just outside the door. The apartment is new in 2020 and contains a living room, kitchen, bedroom with wardrobe and bathroom. There is both sleeping space and dining table space for four. The apartment has a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and stove as well as TV and wireless broadband.

Benedikte's house on architect-designed Svindland farm

Benedikte House is located about ten minutes drive from Egersund city center and about five minutes from E39. We have tried to recreate the hospitality of Benedikte - the last one who lived in the old house - in this modern and completely newly built farmhouse on the edge of the yard at Svindland farm. Here guests will find peace and quiet. On the farm there are horses, we have two dogs and a cozy peacock couple that walk freely. The house is very modern and well equipped.
