Apartment is 47 sqm and includes: Large bright living room with kitchen incl. stove, fridge/freezer as well as dining area, sofa, and TV. Separate bedroom sleeps two people. Private bathroom/toilet with shower. Shared front patio can be used. Cleaning as well as linens, towels, tea towels are included in the price. Free public parking is available on the street in front of the house or in the surrounding residential streets.

The apartment is 14 sqm and is a large room where there is a 2 pers. bed and a sofa bed that can be knocked out. There is an outdoor kitchen with water and barbecue ( THERE IS ONLY WATER OUTSIDE). The apartment features a small kitchenette with 2 hotplates, a coffee machine, an electric kettle and a microwave. Bathroom and toilet are located next to the apartment. YOU HAVE TO GO OUT TO GET INTO THE BATHROOM. It is 1.6 km to the city centre and 1.9 km to the beach. Linen package with towels can be purchased for 80kr per package.

Nice newly renovated annex, where we rent out this double room in the annex, which has a 180 cm good bed and walk-in closet. TV with ChromeCast. Small cozy dining area with comfy chairs. Entrance with mini kitchenette, electric kettle, fridge with freezer. No possibility of hot food. Free tea, coffee and mini-bar. Bathroom with shampoo, conditioner and soap. Guest suite in Skagen Two bedrooms and a small living room with a tiny kitchen (simple cooking is possible). Direct access to private outdoor area with morning sun and a small garden. Own entrance but the host occasionally uses the washing machine and tumble dryer in the guest entrance room. Access to own toilet and shower. Do not expect luxury, but it is simple and pleasant. Two bedrooms makes the place suitable for a single person, two friends, a couple or a family of three.

Do not expect luxury but a cozy and clean cottage from 1978 with many original details. From the two terraces you can enjoy the hours of sunshine.
