The house is located in a fantastic central location, right across from Brøndum's hotel, close to the city and 300 m. to the lovely and child-friendly beach, Sønderstrand. The house is newly renovated and tastefully decorated with kitchen, living room with dining area, sofa, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. There are 8 beds in the house. In addition, there is a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. There is access to a cozy courtyard with garden furniture and barbecue as well as lovely sunshine. We buy electricity, which is based on solar and wind energy :-)

The house was built in 1980 and is decorated with whitewashed brick, wooden floors and rustic clinker tiles. It contains a kitchen with access to the dining/family room. Few steps down chains the room along with living room and bright conservatory with deck access. Few steps up from the family room is the room hallway with three good rooms. One room with direct access to bathroom. The beds are divided into 3, 3 and 2 beds in the rooms.
