Nívalis Rural Apartment

It is located in the heart of nature, within the Sierra de Huétor Natural Park. In the surrounding area, you can enjoy hiking, photography, climbing or mushroom picking. The apartment is spacious and bright (110 m²) and has a 250 m² private patio/garden. The hotel has a saltwater swimming pool with a hot tub area and a waterfall (closed from 1 November to 1 March). Air conditioning, heating in all rooms, and a wood-burning stove in the living room. Fully equipped, self-contained kitchen measuring 25 m².

The accommodation is located in Vegas del Genil (Ambroz) in the heart of the Granada valley, 7 km from downtown, 35 km from Sierra Nevada and 60 km from the coast. It is very well connected to the city with different accesses. The building includes two independent apartments, one on the top floor (penthouse) and one on the ground floor. This one has disabled access. Well connected to Sierra Nevada and the Alhambra. Pool with warm water at 27º available until the outside temperature drops to 15º.

CASA DEL BESO The house is very authentic, with a terrace and views of the Alhambra, it was designed and rehabilitated by our father, Manuel, an architect who emigrated with our grandparents and who years later returned to his land, to our beloved Granada. It is located on a pedestrian street in the Lower Albayzin, 300 m. from Plaza Nueva, a largely pedestrian UNESCO heritage district. Thanks to the location you will not need the car and you can walk to the most emblematic places of Granada.

Casa Carmen "Arte y Sueños" is a 13th-century Moorish house listed for its historical and cultural interest. It has two independent apartments. Apartment A occupies the ground floor and consists of a Moorish bedroom with living room armchairs (plus an extra bed on request for one person), its own bathroom, wardrobe, kitchen with dining room and a Moorish patio with chairs, table and parasol. The Hammam with cold water room and steam room with heated benches, additional cost of €40 per stay.
