A restored house with all the comforts you need for a wonderful retreat and/or get-together with family and friends. This house is located in an old abandoned village near the river with a beautiful little beach. If you enjoy being in contact with nature, this is the ideal place; you can find otters, many varieties of birds, etc. The house has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and air conditioning. The pool is shared with another house. Meals are available upon request.

Don Gregorio's Pillar

The El Pilar de Don Gregorio country house is located in the village of Pereruela, 15 km from Zamora, and belongs to the complex composed of a total of 4 rooms, this being the largest for 10 people called El Pilar. It has a swimming pool, barbecue, oven, parking, children's park and an outdoor area with tables and chairs to enjoy the good weather. The exterior is for shared use with the remaining 3 houses of the complex. Come and enjoy a few quiet days with your family or friends.

The house has two floors. A ground floor with a living room, kitchen, bathroom, garage and a large porch-dining room from which you can access the garden, and an upper floor with three bedrooms and a toilet. The rooms have bedding, the bathroom with towels, gel, shampoo and hairdryer and the kitchen with refrigerator, washing machine, ceramic hob, toaster, coffee maker, juicer, dishes, cutlery and cleaning supplies. Wi-Fi, Smart TV in the living room and an older one on the porch.
