The UNSPOILT BEACHES of Costa Vicentina and the best SURF SPOTS are just some minutes away.

Casa da Gaiola is 1 of 14 independent houses on the stunning 60 hectares estate Monte West Coast. Recovered from a ruin, it's located on the northwestern tip of the estate, close to the village São Miguel. In the middle of the estate is a big swimming pool which all our guests are welcome to use! Small cosy house on the hillside with mezzanine bedroom, terrasse with Monchique mountain view, close to all shops and restaurants of Aljezur. Excellent starting point to visit the beaches nearby (Amoreira, Monte Clerigo, Arrifana). Typical Portuguese house in Aljezur oldtown. In old time it used to be a donkey shelter ! Walls are made of Taipa (clay) which keep freshness in summer time. The house is newly totally renovated (2019).
