Solid woods and crisp whites, and with painted and exposed stone walls, its modern living meets age-old character. There are gardens front and back, and views across the rolling countryside. The refurbished inn is close to hand, and it’s walking distance to two brilliant waterside pubs.

This lovely detached barn conversion has all the amenities complete with private parking and exclusive garden area. Dartmouth, Kingsbridge and Totnes are all within 15/20 mins reach. The nearest beach is also within 20 mins. Dartmoor is 45 mins away with beautiful scenery and fabulous walks. The Granary is ideal as a quiet get-away or a base from which to explore the area.
