The studio is ideal for longer stays. It offers a small kitchen with a coffee machine on 25 m2, next to a comfortable bed (180 x 200), a small dining/work table with 2 stools, a closet, a wardrobe with a suitcase rack and a stylish bathroom with a rain shower. Of course, the studio has WiFi, a safe and a TV. Kitchen: there are pans but no oil or spices. Frying pans are not allowed for fire safety reasons. Please register pets (fees apply).

The Mensarden rooms on the top floor offer a magnificent view of the Inn Valley and the city of Hall in Tyrol. All rooms are equipped with shower/WC, Lan and wifi and cable TV.
