Lake Constance (e.g. Friedrichshafen waterfront) can be reached by car in approx. 20-25 minutes. Beautiful large row corner house with terrace, enclosed garden and pergola in a very quiet street on the outskirts of Sonthofen. With PV system, heat pump and free charging for electric vehicles in solar mode. The Wonnemar bathing and sauna park is next door within walking distance, about 200 m away. The center and pedestrian area of Sonthofen are also within walking distance, about 700 m. Parking is just outside the door.

The left room faces the south side. The middle room has a balcony to the west side with evening sun.

This means that when renting, I am not personally present.
