Our house is close to the Loire Canal, offering relaxation, fishing, petanque court. The accommodation is located on the upper floor of the house and boasts views of the countryside and the forest. Entire new apartment with terrace. It is independent. Quiet and comfortable for 4-5 guests - 1 bedroom - 3 beds, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, parking and free Wi-Fi. 15 km from the LE PAL Amusement and Animal Park, 29 minutes from the CNCS, 12 km from the Bourbon-Lancy Thermal Baths and casino.

Lovely place with indoor/heated pool

Enjoy this fabulous property as a family – it offers great family time, with a heated swimming pool from May to September (depending on the weather), a pool table, darts, a pétanque court, and indoor and outdoor games for the children. The property is located on the same plot as the owners, and the outdoor area is shared with them. Young owners with children and will be happy to welcome you to their home in this little paradise for young and old. Calm assured amid large expanses of nature!

SHEETS PROVIDED, provide towels Facing the goat and wallaby animals (but a little further away chickens, rabbit, chinchilla, horses), come and have a pleasant stay in peace. We are located between Moulins and Vichy, 2 very beautiful cities to visit, 30 minutes from the Pal amusement park. St Pourcain/S where you can discover its cellars is 20 km away. The karting circuit, the natural wake Park and all shops are 10 minutes away in Varennes-sur-Allier And there's so much more to discover.

In the heart of the Combrailles, in the Auvergne Volcanoes Park, our perched studio will allow you to discover the region in its most beautiful aspects. The Tazenat gour, pride of our village (swimming, fishing, hiking), the Sioules gorges, the Queuille meander are the places close to the studio that it would be a shame to miss.

Authentic 6-person vacation home. Splendid view.

This is our newest 3 bedroom gite on the property. The kitchen is fully functional and spacious. Two cooking induction rings are in function. You will also find a dishwasher and a coffee machine + a water boiler. The living room has basic yet comfortable furniture. The gite includes a private entrance and a garden. The swimming pool and terrain are shared with other guests. The property is not baby/child proof.

An inviting living area features warm yellow walls and exposed wooden beams. A spacious brown sofa is positioned near a small television. A round dining table adorned with a vibrant floral centerpiece complements a vintage sideboard, while a decorative lamp adds soft illumination to the space.

This small house ideal for a person or a couple wishing to discover the area consists of a living room, dining area, living area (sofa bed 160), kitchenette, shower room (shower/wc). A mezzanine, accessible by an "improved" ladder, offers 2 extra beds with a thick mattress, 140 wide, placed on the floor. Reversible electric heating (air conditioning for summer).
