Charming cottage on a 300 m2 fenced plot, located in a 2 ha wooded park (private petanque court). Guests will have access to a pleasant terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. Equipped with a kitchen, TV, reversible air conditioning, sofa bed that can accommodate 2 guests and a car charging station. The water body with recreational base (pedal boat, paddle board, electric scooter...), tennis, padel, restaurants, wellness center and swimming pool are 300 m from the accommodation.

This apartment, comprising 2 rooms plus a separate bathroom and kitchen, is very quiet because it overlooks the interior courtyard (garden and decorative patio). The building is private with a secure entrance, surveillance camera, concierge, and elevator.

Charming and family-friendly mill

Beautiful mill from 1880, tastefully renovated in the Sioule Valley. This 205 m2 high-end cottage, fully equipped, is accessible by a 150 m path. Its 6000 m2 plot, where you can see the Château Rocher, runs along the Sioule River with direct access. Unique haven of peace to rest and reconnect with nature. It welcomes you with friends and family for many outdoor discoveries/activities. Cell phones have some reception in the entrance of the mill and otherwise outside.

The little blue house

Our lovely house is comfortable and pleasant to live in. You will love relaxing in this quiet place, surrounded by countryside and nature, have a look at stars in the sky and breathe pur air. It will bring happiness to fans of forest, fishing, hunting, Bourgogne's gastronomy, architecture, History, racetrack, zoo and park. It is perfect for couples, lonely travellers, families with children and pets. A new pond has been created for nature and fishing lovelers.

Mobil home willerby

This mobile home is extremely functional, it has a large main room with a real kitchen and even a bar (which is rare in a mobile home). It is located in a campsite near a body of water where you can swim and fish. In the village, there is a restaurant, and a convenience store with bread and tobacco. Le Pal Park is 20 km away, Moulins, Vichy and Charroux (one of the most beautiful villages in France) are must-sees. For bike lovers, there is the Voie Verte.

4-person gîte with garden in Tronçais Forest

At the gates of the largest oak forest in Europe, 20 minutes from the A71, we welcome you to this chalet surrounded by the Tronçais forest, classified as a remarkable forest in 2018. Ideally located a 3-minute walk from the village and less than a 10-minute walk from the Tronçais pond (leisure center with beach, supervised swimming, canoe rental, pedal boats, paddle...) you will have multiple possibilities for activities as soon as you leave the cottage!

The house, in the countryside, is a 6-minute drive from the city center of Moulins where you will find everything you need: supermarket, bakery, train station, museum... The Le Pal amusement park is 30 minutes away. Nature lovers will find themselves in 5 min walk by the Allier on sandy beaches. This small independent house, renovated in the countryside and cocooning spirit, is ideal for a night or a weekend as a couple to recharge your batteries.

Welcome to Vichy! Located facing the parks and just a short walk from the city center, this apartment is ideal for a stay as a couple or with family. You can enjoy walks along the Allier River, easily reach the thermal baths, shops and restaurants, and relax in a quiet, green setting. We live just above the apartment, which allows us to be easily available if needed, while fully respecting your privacy and independence throughout your stay.
