Tiny House the Berkelhut, peace and quiet

Very quiet holiday home in beautiful surroundings. From our Berkelhut you can walk straight into the woods of Velhorst. The house is heated with infrared panels, has a large double bed of 1.60 by 2.00 meters that can be closed off. You may use 2 bicycles and a Canadian kayak; the Berkel river is in walking distance of your accommodation. In addition to the picturesque village of Almen, Zutphen, Lochem and Deventer are also close by. After consulting us, you can bring your small dog with you.

B&B Roes, peace in the countryside.

B&B Roes is nieuw gebouwd in 2021, vrijstaand met eigen ingang, terras aan voor- en achterzijde uitkijkend op een natuurgebied. Van alle gemakken voorzien: privé badkamer en ontbijtruimte met koelkast, koffie/theevoorziening en magnetron. Een uitgebreid ontbijt serveer ik voor €12,50 pp. Graag vooraf reserveren. Houd je van rust en luxe in een mooie groene omgeving? Dan is overnachten in onze B&B een heerlijke optie.  Plof tussen de kussens op de brede vensterbank, drankje erbij en geniet!

Private driveway and fully equipped kitchen in park-like garden. No animals allowed! The building consists largely of (partly mirrored) glass and has no curtains. Within cycling distance of the Hoge Veluwe, Apeldoorn station and Paleis het Loo. Ideal location for mountain biking, running and cycling.

Enjoy the beautiful, natural surroundings of this romantic accommodation. The luxury safari tent is located in complete privacy in the middle of the meadows with a beautiful view over the meadows. The tent is equipped with a pellet stove, kitchen and luxury shower. The tent is located on the southwest, so you can fully enjoy the sunset. The beautiful lake of Bussloo is 5 minutes away. Here you can swim and do water sports. Also here is the famous Thermen Bussloo and a golf course.

A nice cottage in the center of Lochem. Upstairs is a double bed. Downstairs: a single bed. The stairs are steep. There is a kitchenette with a stocked fridge. You make your own breakfast. Shower +toilet + central heating. Linens and towels are provided. At the back, you can sit comfortably sheltered. No dogs and cats due to allergies. Deventer and Zutphen can be reached by public transportation. De Wilde Roos: not a 5-star hotel, but cozy and comfortable, in a beautiful setting.

You can hear and see many birds all day long. You sleep in a cozy loft, which you can reach by a sturdy staircase. Other facilities: you have a private entrance, a work/writing area (height adjustable), a private garden with terrace (including BBQ). Listen to music via bluetooth or record player and look around you...

In comfortabel monument (1622) in the heart of Zutphen: compact, light, charming and separate apartment on the 2nd floor for 2 persons . Fully equipped kitchen and modern bathroom. Atmospheric and car-free passage (part of the city-walk), picturesque view both at front and back side of the house. . Markets, shops and restaurants (also for breakfast) at 3 minutes walking distance. Trains and parking area at 5 minutes walking distance. Price includes cleaning/tourist-tax/21%VAT.

Wooden cottage, located in wooded area

A beautiful, self-built, log cabin, furnished for 2 people. It is located in the Stavasterbos, a small park, near Lochem. The log cabin has one double room with a 1.80 wide bed with 2 duvets. The cottage has a garden of approximately 350 m2. There is a bistro in the park. There are no other general amenities. The cottage is 3 km from the city center and is adjacent to a beautiful forest area. There is a small shed available to store 2 bicycles if necessary.

Since July 2020, our guest house has been open for bookings: A renovated old barn, located on the grounds of our 1804 farm, located on 4.5 acres of grassland. Ideal for 1-4 people, a 5th guest is welcome. 2 double beds + 1 stretcher. On request: 1 cot and 1 travel bed. It is completely independent. The barn has been renovated while retaining original materials, trendy interior and amazing views of our garden. * Our garden can also be booked as a shoot location

In een boom slapen, letterlijk tussen de takken slapen is een onbeschrijfelijke ervaring.
