Welcome to our nice studio apartment in central Älmhult! Here you have walking distance to IKEA department store, museum and offices, train station, city center and grocery stores. Comfortable 160 cm double bed and a sofa bed for two people. Fully-equipped kitchen and fresh bathroom. The washing machine is located in the basement (time booking required). Loan of bed linens and towels are included in the price. Smoking and pets in the apartment are not allowed. The tenant-owner association's rules must be followed, for example, silence between 10:00 pm - 7:00 am.

Rowboat is available to borrow. Näset has fantastic nature but also proximity to Älmhult train station. Perfect for those who appreciate fishing, beautiful forests and mushroom and berry picking. The house offers lake views from most rooms as well as the glazed terrace and balcony on the second floor. Two stoves are located in the house and heaters on the terrace.

Fishing is available in Såganäs lake as well as Möckeln and Virestadsjön.
