Welcome, here you have an inexpensive accommodation with its own entrance, bathroom with shower and smaller kitchen/kitchenette with everything you need to cook simple meals. These run every 20 minutes and it takes about 15 minutes to Sundsvall city center and stops outside Mitt University on the way. The accommodation has a TV with Chromecast, Wi-Fi, a porch with table and 6 chairs. There is also access to a charging box for you with an electric and hybrid car. 11 km (15 minutes by car) to Birsta shopping area, which is Sweden's fifth largest.

You can cook on an outside firepit, we provide pans, and cutlery, and also wood, and water from our source. You have free access to the lake and the canoes, and free private sessions at the sauna. A breakfast basket is included.
