Relax with the family in this peaceful space. Which is close to nature but also centrally located in Söråker. It is a brand new built cottage with high standard. One bedroom with 180 cm comfortable double bed and one room with a 120 cm comfortable single bed. We have a nice sofa bed that will be 140 cm wide where you can sleep two as well. Wifi is available and a nice bathroom with shower and both washing machine and dryer. There's a cozy plot that you have all to yourself. With a fireplace, outdoor furniture, swing and a charcoal grill.

The house is located on a lake plot with associated jetty and incredible views! The guest house has a patio that is partly glazed and partly open. Spikarna is an old fishing camp with nice views both summer and winter and a walk away there are nice forests, lookout spots and beaches.

Here you live in a completely renovated courtyard house with kitchen, bathroom and a double bed. If you want to get to Birsta shopping center, it is only a straight distance of about 10 minutes by car, then you are there. Bed linens, towels and cleaning are included in the rent. The Njurunda urban area with shops and communication (bus, train) is two km away. 20 minutes by car to Sundsvall.

It is possible to use a charging post for an electric car at a cost of SEK 3/kWh. In winter, the floor can draw a little cold, there are slippers to borrow in the cabin.
