Beware Roquebrune village is a medieval town totally pedestrian, in order to reach the house there are steps on the way so not suitable to limited mobility guests.

Our 75 m2 cottage is located at the foot of the Provençal village of Mougins (15 min walk), in a residential area close to all amenities (shops, restaurants, bus), Valmasque departmental park, several golf courses. It consists of 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, large living room, equipped kitchen, large terrace with Weber barbecue and free parking. Close to Sophia Antipolis, Cannes (6 km) Direct access to Nice (30 km) and Monaco (50 km) via A8.

Take a break and relax in this green setting. You will be close to localities such as Mougins ( 5 min), Valbonne (10 min) and Mouans-Sartoux (5 min) while being quiet. You will find not far from shopping of all types ( pharmacy, gas station, bakery, supermarket ...). A hot tub with private access is at your disposal. NIGHT PARTIES and NOISY EVENINGS ARE NOT ALLOWED, for the respect of the neighborhood and the surrounding calm.

We called this lodging boxing because previously it was used as boxing for our two horses that we have now placed in a plot above the village.It is a totally private individual pavilion that, from the outside, makes you think of a cottage. Inside it presents cozy comfort in a bright room that opens thanks to its two window doors on a terrace all along and a private garden where you can enjoy the outdoors in complete privacy.
