From the house, on foot or by bike, discover the banks of the Loire, the vineyard, the oak and chestnut forests.

La Carança, mountain house. Calm and nature!

Beautiful 17th-century renovated house, spanning 3 floors with over 100m². Perched at 1400m and facing south, it features a large, very flowery garden and a breathtaking view of the valley, Canigou, and the Carança massifs. Ideal for disconnecting! Wildlife is omnipresent and easy to observe. Numerous hiking or mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Our hamlet enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located 40 minutes from the ski slopes and one hour from the sea.

In the heart of the Loire Valley, you are within walking distance of visiting the castles of Amboise, Chaumont, Chenonceau, Clos Lucé... The Côteau is also famous for its wines, which you can taste directly from local producers. The nearby Loire awaits you for a bike ride unless you prefer to enjoy the garden or the pool (4 m x 10 m) heated to 29°

This house is only for 2 adults, no children (no additional person is possible).

At your disposal, on 2 levels, 2 bedrooms with double bed, a double sofa bed and two single beds in mezzanine. Access to hiking trails directly possible from the accommodation. Come and recharge your batteries and enjoy the proximity to the Beaujolais region.

On the outskirts of the Maranges Valley, on the road to Chassagne-Montrachet and Santenay, this charming little comfortable cottage with mezzanine and wood-burning stove overlooks the gardens of the vineyard-lined property. A small swimming pool with stunning views of the valley is available to visitors. Not suitable for children under 12.
