Aude’s villa is a fantastic place to stay for any family. We have a 2 year old daughter and it had everything she could possibly need! The beds were extremely comfortable. The pool is large enough to do a proper swim and the table tennis kept us busy all night long! Being able to have a bbq outside each night whilst taking in the spectacular views was also particularly special! The villa is set in a beautiful location. It is quiet and peaceful in the hills of Tourette’s Sur Loup. However, you are only a 7 minute drive from the town where you can find lovely restaurants, cafes and shops. Agnes was extremely communicative and if we needed any questions answering she was always quick to respond. I would highly recommend this property and we hope to be back next year! Vast comfortable, recent and well maintained cottage, in a very quiet site with lovely views. Melissa was very accommodating on the check-in and check-out terms, attentive and friendly. In short, a pleasant stay!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. House completely tastefully renovated, very nice services. New kitchen with all appliances. In the 4 bedrooms, the bedding is new. The bathroom on the first floor is large and convenient. The view is extraordinary, the terrace is very pleasant, you can eat and rest on the sunbeds and even have a barbecue! The house is in the heart of the mountain, it is very quiet and peaceful. Planning groceries because unfortunately in Guillaumes "Proxi" doesn't have much. Marie is kind and responds very quickly to the message. Don't hesitate for a moment to book ☺️

This is a great place to stay if you want to see everything in Nice and the surrounding areas but want to stay in a peaceful and beautiful setting. American travelers should note that there is air conditioning downstairs only and the bedrooms are upstairs; however, the nights were cool enough in early July. Great place to stay and the hosts are very friendly.

We had a pleasant stay at Jérôme's place. It's very well located (you can walk to the village) while being quiet and spacious. The house was spotless and welcoming.

We spent over a week at Babou’s spacious apartment as a family, which looks exactly like the photos. The sea view from the terrace is fantastic. The location of the apartment is good - easy access to the beach and train station (about a 15 minute walk). Fred (Babou’s sister) welcomed us on our arrival - she was friendly and easy to contact if we had any questions. We would recommend staying at Babou’s apartment.

Stayed for a week at Ann's country house and enjoyed every minute. From the welcoming host over the wintery provencal garden, from the perfectly fitted kitchen to the very comfortable beds over the great view from the bedroom window to the pomelos, terrace and pool in the garden. While it is a little difficult to find (stick to the instructions and you'll find it), once you've closed the gate, you're in your own private Southern France universe with olive trees and French terrace doors. We loved everything and very much appreciated that the host entrusted us with kitchen appliances, many elegant lamps to be placed where you need them, enough cutlery and China, coffee, tea, some drinks and chips. Very welcoming. The house is large, offering its guests enough room for privacy as well as place to celebrate togetherness. I liked the closet upstairs with enough space for my wardrobe. The bathroom divider is very special. The house is perfect for 5, two couples +1/ family with 3 kids.

This is a fantastic home. Rightly a small paradise. Both inside and outside. The house is nicely furnished. Natural materials. A well-equipped kitchen. Good air conditioning in all area. Outside is fantastic too. A lovely swimming pool. Lots of places to relax in sun or shade. A nice bbq/plancha. The Jacuzzi is also a super experience due to the atmospheric light and the view. Nearby are many nice villages to visit. Or Nice (30min). Bruno and Virginie are super friendly hosts. Respond quickly. We warmly recommend this accommodation.

Unforgettable stay in a warm and functional apartment for 5 people. Eva was attentive and responsive to all our requests. The apartment is very well equipped, 2 steps from the resort on foot or by shuttle. The residence is very quiet I recommend 100%!!!!

Awesome apartment just as pictures depict. Duome was a great communicator with great local recommendations and happy to help where he could. Kitchen has everything you need, as well as the rest of the apartment for a comfortable stay. Building and apartment safe and secure, however would recommend being aware of surroundings on the street of an evening. Otherwise great central location. Thanks for a great stay!

All in all this is a good stay. The place is a cozy and very comfortable for a single or couple. But the stairs to the front door is a little steep. The place is very near main road but there is no traffic noise. Inside house the stairs to the bedroom is steep but it is very peace and quite at night. Overall I am happy I got to stay in this cozy home. The host is very responsive.

Simon's place is in a perfect location. It is in the center of the old town and in close proximity to everything. Lots of cafes, restaurants, shops, grocery stores, movie theatre, and last but not least it is walking distance to all public transportation including the train station to the airport. Simon is one of the best hosts ever! He is very responsive, helpful and kind. He went out of his way to make my long stay comfortable. He even helped me with my suitcase up the stairs when I arrived, showed me the apartment and explained everything that I needed to know. My flight back was early in the morning and I had to leave the house at 6:00am. I very touched when he helped me take my suitcase down the stairs and walked me to the station. He loves Nice and his passion for the city comes through by helping his guests feel right at home! Thank you Simon for everything!

This is the place to stay if you love France!

I booked the villa for a holiday with 11 friends. We were fully surprised when we arrived on site as the villa is extraordinary and is 1000 times above what the photos show. The interior is comfortable, modern and very optimized (EVERYTHING YOU need to feel at home is in the villa!). There are no photos of the two bathrooms on Airbnb or these two bathrooms are modern (Italian shower + Italian shower and bathtub in the 2nd) which is very comfortable. The bedrooms are big and have plenty of storage space. The villa is very spaced which allows everyone to have their own space. The balconies and terraces on all floors are a huge plus. The pool and outdoor space is just perfect! The outdoor bar totally seduced us and the garden is very large which allowed us to play spike ball, badminton, volleyball, ping pong... A big thank you for a wonderful stay! Manon and her friends.

Villa d’Azur is exactly as advertised but better. The house is large with plenty of spaces to gather as a group or be by yourself. The grounds are beautiful and view from the back terrace is amazing. Importantly, the beds are all very comfortable including the soda bed which we used for a couple of nights when there were eight people in our group. The entire house was recently renovated so everything is modern and works well. Gary is a very responsive host, answering all our questions before booking and providing a complete house manual before our arrival. We had a couple small problems soon after we arrived and he called back within minutes and helped us troubleshoot the issue and sent someone to repair the problem right away

Excellent place. Cedric is an amazing host! Well located with a nice supermarket around the corner, and 20 minutes drive to Cannes. The swimming pool is well heated and the house air-conditioner works very well. I loved that the living room is very spacious for that day when the weather is not the best. Otherwise, the area around the house is perfect. The setting for barbecue is top. No problems whatsoever. We have rented many houses in the area and this was the best value for the money.

An amazing AirBnB in beautiful surroundings. Very well-equipped kitchen, warm swimming pool and just 10/10 all around. The many bathrooms and showers were great for our group of 11! Merci!

Absolutely loved our stay. The house was perfect in every way. We were excited by the photos, and the house didn’t disappoint! Stylish inside and out. Wonderful to stay somewhere that says it caters for 10 people and truly does that: enough dinner seating, sun beds, crockery etc. Two families across 3 generations staying together for a week. Perfect layout and space for all: studio for grandparents, en-suites for all rooms, cinema room for watching England vs Spain in Euros (even if the score wasn’t to everyone’s liking…). The location is stunning, with fabulous views. Cabris is a lovely village & the restaurant recommendations were excellent. Great to be able to quickly walk into village for everything, even tennis. With a 9 year old & two teenage girls, it felt very safe to let them head off together for breakfast croissants or evening ice creams. Ian and Jacques were perfect hosts from start to finish. Thank you! We will definitely be back, hopefully even next year!
