Also near by is the Ovens river, autumn colour, rail trail bike path, golf course and walking tracks, Mount Buffalo and its historic chalet. A well equipped kitchen and BBQ on your own veranda. The property even has a private mountain stream. The lavender is in flower from around mid Dec before getting harvested in Feb to make essential oil.

Bushies Love Shack

Welcome to Bushies Love Shack. The naming of the love shack came about upon purchasing the property some 8 years ago. Fay's father, at the time 90 years of age, and his girlfriend, 91 years of age, automatically named it the Love Shack as they envisaged, once renovated, them sitting in bed, playing cards and taking in the view and so the name stuck. In keeping with the name, we have created a luxurious, romantic space for two.
