Family-friendly holiday rentals in Victoria

Great location, walking distance to town and great views of the mountains from inside and out. Kitchen had all we needed and beds comfortable and well thought out interior design.

This Airbnb was extremely lovely. The hosts made sure to think of everything you could ever need which made us feel very welcome. The bed was comfy and the couch was perfect, the outdoor shower was lovely when coming home from the beach and the bottle of wine and chips were a nice touch! The interior choices are perfectly designed, everything was nice to look at and I enjoyed having a tv in the bedroom for a quick movie night before bed Location- it was a short 5 minute drive to local shops/cafes/beaches and very central to other locations around the peninsula

We loved our stay at beautiful Swan Bay Views. The apartment was such a welcoming space, beautifully styled and with every amenity that you could possibly want. We especially loved the indoor plants and comfy bed. The bikes were an added bonus. Glenys and Geoff were so helpful and wonderful hosts. We Wish we could have stayed longer. We highly recommend this gorgeous apartment.

Jan and Dougal’s place was finely decorated and was very functional. The decor was awesome and the outdoor place allowed us to wind down after a busy shopping place. Neatly kept given its age charm and every room had a personality. Awesome place in a cool suburb and walking distance to everything. Thanks for hosting us!

We had a fantastic stay! The accommodation was spacious and beautifully furnished, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The garden was enormous—a perfect spot for a peaceful morning or evening walk. While we didn’t spot any kangaroos (sadly!), the surroundings were still stunning. A truly serene getaway. House is in an ideal location to the centre of town. Some wonderful time spent around the fire pit and great to be able to bring our fur baby too!

We LOVED our stay at Fiona’s place. Such a gorgeous cottage and well fitted space. We loved the garden especially, the great big outdoor table drenched in sunlight and the girls loved the spa (when we got the temperature right!) we enjoyed some fresh fruit from the tree. Everything was a treat. We can’t wait to return again to lovely PF and will indeed recommend Fiona’s place to friends.

We loved our stay in the cottage, on route to NSW. So many wonderful antiques and fun decor. The breakfast provisions were great. Our Labrador loved the property and the set up is perfect for pets. Highly recommended.

Good value older style house, close to Woolamai Safety Beach. Spacious renovated kitchen. Nice deck for meals, with a sizeable back yard. The second bathroom came in handy. We had an enjoyable few days at Phillip Island with a glorious run of summery weather.

Our stay at Darrell’s place was wonderful. The house was clean and matches the photos and description. Darrell did a great job showing us around the house and left us to enjoy the stay. The pool was perfect for the kids and they had a ball. Plenty of privacy which was lovely too.

Christel's place is exactly as described. It's very clean and has all that you need for a short stay. I would recommend it anytime for a great weekend stay. very close to all amenities and a stone throw from the Rosebud Pier. It's bang for the buck. Would stay again.

As soon as we walked in we instantly felt relaxed and in holiday mode. The pool was an absolute treat, especially on those hot days. Every morning hubby and I would sit on the decking having our coffee, admiring the stunning views. Couch was very comfy and the aircon system cools the room instantly. We would definitely stay again! Chelsie's home was very inviting in every way, clean, spacious, comfy beds, great pool, loved the decor and for 4 couples it was more than we could hooe for. Chelsie response to any info was always friendly, clear and quick

We had a fantastic stay at Tamara’s place in Rye! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect close to the beach and local attractions. Communication from Tamara was excellent; she was responsive and made sure our stay was smooth from start to finish. Would definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a great stay in Rye. Hope to return again in the future!

This house was fantastic for our family there were 5 children and a baby and 7 adults and we all had beds. The pool was amazing kids loved it. The outside barbecue area was amazing so big room enough for all of us to sit outside. frank had everything for a baby or toddler from cots, high chairs. Frank has thought of everything to make your stay great. The kids loved the games room . Highly recommend for family’s this house was so good, we didn’t want a house with stairs because of the kids.
