A 96 m2 space. In the garden, there is a small, cosy fire pit and a shelter with 2-3 sleeping places. We are close to the forest and beach meadow, 300 m from a lovely bathing beach, 1 km from Falsled Harbour, Falsled Kro and a very good harbour barbecue: "Vandkanten". We are located right on the edge of Svanninge Bakker, and the area is very suitable for outdoor activities such as hiking, running, fishing and cycling. The Øhavsstien, a 220 km long hiking route around the entire Øhav peninsula in southern Funen, starts at Falsled Harbour.

With our charming summerhouse, you get one of Kegnæs's finest locations directly by the water, out to beautiful beach meadow with bathing beach and jetty. The large wooden terrace by the house allows you to find space in the sun at all times of the day, as well as enjoy your morning coffee, while the ships sail by on the Flensburg fjord. The light, the water, the tranquillity and the beautiful nature are absolutely magical in this part of Sydals. Walking and cycling, fishing, kayaking, dinghy sailing and kitesurfing are popular activities.

We rent out our cozy, charming and newly renovated cottage, which is located in a quiet area overlooking Flensborg Fjord. Do you need to get away from everyday life, love to relax or be active? Then the house is just the thing. The home is located by the beach and Gendarmstien. It has a large kitchen-living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, and large garden with sunny terrace. It is only a few kilometers to the town of Broager with shopping. Price excludes electricity consumption: DKK 5.00 per kWh.

A 42 m2 cottage located on a larger plot with direct and undisturbed views of Hopsø. Hopsø is protected and contains a rich bird life. From the cottage, there are several roads with access to Genner Bay and the beach - distance 200 meters. There is a wonderful light in the cottage and it is a perfect “getaway” place for 2 people. There is the possibility of extra bedding in the living room on a sofa bed for 2 more. There is only a curtain for the bedroom - no door.

You will love my home because of the location, the beautiful scenery aswell as sea views. There are good opportunities for fishing and trekking in the area. In the summer of 2021, our second vacation home was completed. Once again, we have done everything to furnish the house both stylishly and in a child-friendly way. Children will find plenty of toys here and from winter 2021 the garden will offer a variety of play options such as swing, trampoline and soccer goals. We have put a lot of effort into the decor and hope that you like it.
