From the whole house, there is the most beautiful 180-degree view of the Little Belt. Around the house, there is a lawn and 2 terraces, with garden furniture, barbecue and deck chairs. From the house, it is a 7-10 minute walk to the beach. Just past the house, the Alsstien also passes, which is a marked hiking route along the coast and through forests on the island of Als.

From the living room there is access to a charming southwest-facing terrace in a lovely enclosed garden, with a wilderness bath. The vacation home offers 3 bedrooms. Bed linen and towels are available for purchase.

Here you can stay in the shoemaker's old workshop - a charming cabin gently and rustically renovated with respect for the unique history and soul of the house. From the garden you can enjoy the view of the castle lake. The cottage is 56 m2 and contains an entrance, modernized kitchen, bathroom, living room with original French iron bed. In addition, a separate bedroom with double bed. There is a heat pump and space for a cot in one bedroom. Please bring towels and sheets.

For children there are swings, kings game, petanque, badminton, net, croquet, high chair, cot. 500 m to beach and marina. Hilly area, nice to walk/hike with nice views of the fjord. Right by gendarmsti (hiking trail)

There are 3 bedrooms (bed width 180, 140, 120), 1 bathroom, kitchen-living room, living room overlooking Helnæsbugten. Covered terrace for rainy days and a large wooden terrace where the sunset can be enjoyed in the summer. There is a short distance to a good beach and nature area. Possibility of coastal fishing and kayaking. Firewood for the wood stove is NOT included.

Indoors, a crackling wood-burning stove creates a cozy atmosphere on cool evenings. The house has 3 inviting rooms with room for a total of 6 people. In addition, the cottage is well equipped with both a dishwasher, heat pump and washing machine, so the comfort is top-notch throughout the stay.

The cottage is spacious at 83m2 with three bedrooms, a bathroom with sauna, a kitchen/living room, where the kitchen is fully equipped. There is plenty of room to spread out on the terrace as well as to be able to romp in the large garden. The house is quite close to the popular gendarmsti and is only a 10-minute drive to Sønderborg + 25-minute drive to Flensborg if you want to go to town to shop.

Et lille badeværelse med wc, håndvask, bruseniche samt vaskemaskine. Omkring huset er der flere terrasser, så solen kan nydes hele dagen, samt en stor have hvor der er rig mulighed for at slappe af. Sommerhuset ligger på en stor naturgrund ca. 400 meter fra vandet. Nabolaget er roligt, og sommerhuset ligger så der er mulighed for privatliv.

The house which was originally built for the Danish cartoonist Bo Bojesen is newly refurbished in 2020 with a lager terrace from where you can enjoy the oceanview while cocking or baking a pizza in the wood-fired pizza oven. The house is furnished with classic danish furniture and is child-friendly. There is a playhouse, a slide, and toys. The sandy beach is only 200m down the hill and the paved road and 100m behind the house you will find a natural forest with hilly trails.

My place is close to the area's best child-friendly beach. The house is in a quiet environment with a nice private courtyard, where there is room for the whole family. In the summer, it is nice at the beach and in the courtyard and in the winter, it is nice with a fire in the wood stove. You'll love my place because of the surroundings and the outdoor area. My place is good for couples, business travelers and families (with kids).
