Possibility for many beautiful walks & bike rides close to the cottage and on Broager land. Sønderborg and Gråsten are only 13 km away and the border 26 km. Bedroom in the house, and 2-person sofa bed in the annex. There may be room for 2 more to sleep on the fold-out beds in the house, if you can accept it. P.S. Electricity consumption/briquettes are settled upon departure.

The house has a lovely living room with ceiling for kip. Large wooden terrace around the house that allows you to enjoy the view over the bay or into the broagerland. The holiday home area is located on Broager land in the bay between Broager and Sønderborg. The area offers beautiful walks along the gendarme path and castle and forest in Gråsten.

Our house, dating back to 1925, is located in Sundsmark, 2 km from the center of Sønderborg. The apartment 57 m2, is located on the 2nd floor. • TV (Chromecast) • Kitchenette, Fridge • WIFI • 11kW charger (electric car). • Upper portion of the staircase from the 1st floor to the 2nd floor is steeper than the lower portion. We live on the ground floor and 1st floor. The front door is equipped with an electronic lock with a code. Bed linen and towels are provided in the apartment.
