The village is located on a hill with no through traffic. Within a radius of less than 30 km, there is a health centre, many service facilities, places to eat, cultural attractions, nature reserves and viewpoints. Close to a lake with a swimming area, rowing boat, canoe, kayak and paddle board available to borrow. 50 km to the mountain areas of Offerdal and Ansätten. 10,000 SEK for popular fishing in Landösjön.

Welcome to our newly renovated, family-friendly summer cottage on our farm in Offerdal. Here, you can enjoy a peaceful life close to nature, with mountains, forests and lakes nearby – perfect for both relaxation and excursions. On the farm, there are cows, a horse and a cat, which are usually enjoyed by both children and adults. In the summer, there are cosy cafés within walking or cycling distance, as well as lovely swimming spots, fishing waters and forests teeming with berries and mushrooms. Duvets and pillows are available. Bed linen is provided, or it can be hired for SEK 60 per set.

Ski in, ski out for cross-country skis - where the cabin's sauna awaits after the end of the ride. A stone's throw from the cabin is a nice disc golf course, exercise track and excursion destination. 35 km to Åre, 32 km to Trillevallen, 50 km to Bydalen. Grocery store (Ica), gas station (OKQ8), café are located in the village of Mörsil.

Perfect for relaxing, fishing and nature. Boat, kayak and sauna are available for hire, and the water is known for good fishing. Completely secluded location without neighbors, but only 25 minutes from Åre. Cozy and rustic cottage with the lake as the nearest neighbor – ideal for those who want to disconnect and enjoy the silence. With incinerating toilet, no running water. So is a big can of water. Relax, dive into the lake or why not put on cross-country skis outside the door in the winter? Small house in the countryside.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home in Västerkälen outside Krokom. The house is out in the countryside with no neighbors, except the dwelling house. Close to the mountain world, fishing and berry picking. About 1 hour by car to magical mountain world summer and winter, about 25 minutes by car to central Östersund with a large selection of restaurants and other pleasures. A large sauna is available in the courtyard, in a separate building, and can be used for a fee. Animals are allowed, but not cats due to allergies.

Paradise at Kallsjöen

Rislägden in Åre municipality is a paradise in summer and winter. Bright and nice summer evenings around the campfire, snowmobile and winter activities in winter. Kallsjön is right outside the living room window, with the possibility of fishing. Hunting grounds in the hills and mountains around. Amazing views of the lake and Åreskutan. 12 km to Järpen city center. Possibility for cross-country skiing in the illuminated track, swimming pool and Curling hall. 19 km to Huså, 30 km to Åre/Bjørnen, which is known for its slalom slopes.
