Welcome to our newly built guest house "Ladan." A home in a quiet, rural setting just east of Uppsala. With us, you live 13 km from Uppsala C and 7 km from the E4, which takes you further towards Arlanda or Stockholm. 1000 meters from the accommodation, a bus goes directly to Uppsala C and during some summer days, you can take a steam train to the city with the museum railway Lennakatten. The guest house is located on the outskirts of Gunsta community, close to nature. In the area, there is the nice Stiernhielms Krog & Livs, where you can eat well or shop a little.

Welcome to a nice simple accommodation in scenic surroundings in a small village in the countryside. You are close to Uppsala, Arlanda and Knivsta, a perfect stop on the way. 1 room and kitchenette with your own shower, a leafy patio and parking. Nature is right on your doorstep, with blackbirds and deer. There are nice walking areas around the grounds, bird watching along the Storån in spring/autumn, and many cultural remains from the Stone and Bronze Ages can be found in the area. Linnés Hammarby is 10min away by car

Small cozy guest house on a leafy plot. 400 meters from the cottage is Lake Mälaren. Here you can swim at a jetty or small beach in the summer and ice skate in the winter. Close to a beautiful nature reserve with barbecue areas and nice forest. The cottage has a room and bathroom. It has a small, but fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. There is a bed (140 cm) as well as a folding guest bed (70 cm). In the bathroom, there is a washing machine, shower and toilet. Sheets and towels included.

Lófi Cottage: Small house on the Upplands Way

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This is a newly built (2022) small house close to the Upplands Way (Upplandsleden) hiking trail, and the Lunsen nature reserve with walking trails and beautiful scenery. Only 12 minute drive to Knivsta, or 25 minute drive to central Uppsala. 2.3 km to the nearest bus stop. New deck installed August 2024. Outside space/garden has not yet been landscaped. However, beautiful views, forest and walking trails are right on your door.

A few meters to the lake with for swimming. 15 minutes to Arlanda Airport and 35 minutes to Stockholm City. Sigtuna is the oldest town in Sweden with lots of charming restaurants, cafés and shops.

The property is located in Knivsta Centrum about 100m from Knivsta commuter train station. With UL: 8 minutes to Uppsala Central Station. With SJ and Mälartåg: 27 mins to Stockholm Central Station. The Attefall house is completely secluded from the main property with its own driveway and outdoor area. Inside, you'll find all permanent housing facilities. Level 1 is about 25 sqm and the sleeping loft on level 2 is about 10 sqm. Balcony approx. 20 sqm
