Jog through Golden Gate Park to Ocean Beach, walk to dozens of bars and restaurants in the evening, and close out the night with a concert at the Independent before returning to soak in your Jacuzzi tub before bed.

This large 3-room suite is part of my home, but is private, separate and locked off from the rest of the residence. There's a private entrance to your suite from the building lobby. Suite includes a dining/sitting area with dining/work table, sofa (opens to queen bed), TV and tiny patio. French doors separate this room from huge light-filled primary bedroom (with king bed). Cushioned bay window seat. Large spa-bathroom, "kitchenette" alcove, walk-in closet. 560 sq ft plus bath, closet & patio.

So you can prepare Breakfast to get your day started and go explore! Sorry no pets!

We are a quick walk or ride to anywhere else in the city. Explore Michelin-starred restaurants, coffee shops, the bustling Clement Street and NOPA neighborhoods, the Presidio Tunnel Tops — or relax on the patio and read a book. Note: there is no stove or oven.

Guest Suite in PacHeights, Japantown & Fillmore St

Our 1-bedroom basement space comes with a large bedroom with a California king-size bed, a living room with a queen sofa bed, and a full bath and a wet bar with a compact refrigerator/freezer, microwave, mini dishwasher, toaster oven & sink. We don't recommend it for 4 adults (the sofa bed can feel cramped) but it's great for people traveling with young kids. We use all-cotton Frette sheets and Land's Ends' towels for ur comfort. We live upstairs and try to be quiet but you may hear us.

Pacific Heights Home Garden Near Fillmore & Union

Luxury renovated studio. Top area. Designer furniture, bathroom & kitchen appliances. Private garden. Keetsa king size mattress and fine linens. Street is quiet and beautiful, but the neighborhood (Fillmore, Union, Chestnut, Polk St) is bustling w/ restaurants, cafes, bars & shops. Perfect getaway near Japantown

Our inviting room with its own entrance and private bath, mini-fridge and coffee/tea making essentials is in our Victorian home IN the city. Walk to the Fillmore, many of the best restaurants in SF, and Japantown, or hop a bus to anywhere in SF. In Nov 2024, we installed Google Mesh, giving guest super fast upload and download speeds to facilitate virtual meetings in the suite.
