A charming little house built in 1924, one of Kolvik's first. A peaceful place with forest plot, wildlife, lake views from both windows and terrace. Swimming dock and small beach 300 meters from the house. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you to town in 30 minutes. There are also grocery stores and restaurants. Mölnvik shopping center is 10 minutes away by car/bus. Bicycles can be borrowed to pedal up to the store. You can also take the commuter boat to/from town from Ålstäket, 5 minutes away by car.

Welcome to the cottage as it is called, the original dwelling house at our small farm built in the 19th century. Here you live with horses and chickens as neighbours, 15 minutes from Stockholm City by car. The walls whisper about stories from a bygone era. Here you enjoy the farm's charm without sacrificing any amenities. The cottage is 130 sqm and there are two separate bedrooms. This is not out in the countryside but a city farm that offers accessibility but with animals and nature just around the corner!
