Sleeps up to 5 people (large double bed, bunk bed and extra bed). A fully equipped kitchen, a 65-inch smart TV and free Wi-Fi ensure comfort. Parking included. The perfect base for enjoying nature, relaxing and going on excursions in the Ausseerland. Please note!! The sleeping arrangement for the 5th person is intended more as a stopgap solution; if a 5th person stays, it will make the apartment very cramped.

We are located at an altitude of approx. 880 meters, which makes our guests immediately feel the alpine feeling. With us you have the opportunity to enjoy relaxation & the Austrian idyll. The quiet apartment is on the first floor and has a size of 34 m². The balcony offers another 7 m² and is equipped with sliding glass elements. These can be easily moved and offer a fantastic view of the Hoher Sarstein and the passing Traun. Free parking with a barrier system is also available. The center of Bad Aussee is within walking distance of a few minutes, and various shops are in the immediate vicinity.

The Ausseerland lakes and the "Loser" ski resort are a few minutes drive away - snowshoe hikes, walks and bike rides are possible directly from the house. We can accommodate up to 4 people.
