The perfect base for enjoying nature, relaxing and going on excursions in the Ausseerland. Please note!! The sleeping arrangement for the 5th person is intended more as a stopgap solution; if a 5th person stays, it will make the apartment very cramped.

Loft in the studio This stylish, cosy loft in Etienne's studio is located on the edge of the forest outside Bad Ischl in the Salzkammergut region. Art and nature lovers will find plenty to enjoy here. Get up close and personal with the artist Etienne, who paints on the ground floor of the studio. The view of the picturesque mountain scenery is breathtaking. From the terrace on the east side, you can enjoy the morning sun while having breakfast and have a wonderful view of the garden, including the pond and barbecue area.

We are located at an altitude of approx. 880 meters, which makes our guests immediately feel the alpine feeling. With us you have the opportunity to enjoy relaxation & the Austrian idyll. After using airbnb extensively I decided to make the ground floor available for mindful travellers. This is a 500+ year old house with original retro furniture and art works. The private kitchen is a little odd and frozen in the 60’s therefore not high tech but it is functional. There is a shower room and separate toilet for your sole use and a large shared garden ! No TV, good for tech detox! No smoking inside the house The tourist tax is 3.50 per person per night
