The apartment was completely newly renovated and newly furnished in 2021. On the large balcony, Lake Traun and Traunstein can be seen wonderfully. It is less than a 5-minute walk to the public swimming area and the nearest supermarket is a 2-minute walk Free parking is available. Private swimming area available The boat dock is 3 minutes away. Restaurant and fish grill are also very close. The apartment is very spacious, bright and friendly.

Wonderful apartment next to Württemberg Castle

Open apartment (105m²) not far from the shore of the Traunsee (300m), with a fantastic view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. The apartment is on the first floor, with its own entrance. There are two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with shower and toilet and another toilet, a large kitchen with dining area and living room with TV. Two balconies allow a great view. Parking is available in the carport on the property.

Enjoy your stay at this centrally located place (approx. 30 square meters). The lake can be reached within 5 minutes by foot. Places of daily needs as well as the city center are also within walking distance. It is possible to park the car in the private parking lot. The 40 square meter apartment has just been renovated. It is on the second floor directly next to the river Traun and includes a free parking spot right in front of the house. It is less than 10 minutes on foot to the Gmunden town square. You can swim in the calm river, start your hike straight from the house and in winter quickly reach various ski resorts by car (Kasberg 25 minutes, Feuerkogel 20 minutes, Gosau 50 minutes).

The bike ferry to St. Wolfgang is in the immediate vicinity. Ideal location for water sports, hiking, cycling, climbing, paragliding, skiing and Christmas market.
