It is a centrally located mini apartment, close to the Universidad Veracruzana, the Government and Municipal Palace, two blocks from downtown. The famous Xalapa writer Sergio Galindo was born in this place. It is well lit, with good ventilation, no noise, inside the courtyard of an old house full of plants with chairs that invite you to read or meditate. It has a separate entrance. There is privacy and weekly cleaning and linen changes, and handmade soaps are provided.

On the property there are three cabins, if you want to book for more people. It is 4km from Coatepec on a dirt road. It is in a cloud forest (mesophilic) where you can enjoy nature, the beauty of its landscapes and observe a great variety of ferns, bromeliads and orchids native to this area The place is ideal for hiking as the property has more than 40 hectares of forest, roads, paths, streams and a small waterfall. It is 15 minutes from the city of Teziutlan, Pue., low communication facility.

A very nice place full of nature, with beech trees over 100 years old. There are food options very close by, such as snacks and fresh trout, and you can explore different paths in the middle of the countryside and forest.
