We will start by tasting your favorite coffee, trying to identify some of the notes that it may have. We will create a link between the flavors in your cups of coffee and the processes all the way to the moment the seed was planted. In this experience we will talk about and see the different stages of the coffee planting and harvesting process. In order to have an amazing cup of coffee in front of you with outstanding unique flavors, there is many people involved and you will get to know some of them. We will visit a coffee plantation and go through the process since the seed get planted until is in your cup. You will see different types of plants, different types of processesing of the harvest, how the beans get selected and stored in the mountains, roasting and preparation.

Te invitamos a nuestro Hogar en Calpan a montar a caballo en las cercanías del volcan Popocatepetl, disfrutando de la naturaleza y la historia del lugar. -Nos citaremos en el algún punto de la ciudad de Puebla o Cholula, pues contamos con transporte para llevarte a Calpan. -Disfrutaremos de un rico desayuno mexicano con ingredientes orgánicos cultivados en la población. -Iniciaremos la actividad con un curso básico personalizado dentro de nuestro "terreno de practicas", donde conoceremos tus aptitudes para darte el caballo más adecuado para ti ¡tu seguridad es primero!. -Una vez aprendido el manejo de su caballo, podremos iniciar el recorrido a los senderos, ríos, manantiales y bosques para apreciar las hermosas vistas de los volcanes. -Regresando del Recorrido disfrutaremos de una deliciosa y satisfactoria comida casera y al terminar iniciaremos el traslado de regreso a la ciudad de Puebla o Cholua. Otros aspectos destacables Es necesario reservar con antelación y acordar donde pasaremos por ustedes en la ciudad Puebla. El tiempo de la experiencia es de 6 a 7 hras.

This unique experience has been carefully designed to take you on an exciting gastronomic journey to sample Puebla’s culinary heritage and discover the historical events and built heritage that have helped to shape the city.  -The tour begins with a sensory introduction to the spices and flavours of Puebla's world recognised cuisine.  -The experience is divided in six sections, each combines tastings and a guided tour discovering places and landmarks of great architectural and historical value, all related to the city's foodie culture! -In total you will visit authentic eateries where you will sample over a dozen dishes and traditional drinks that represent the full range of Puebla's unrivalled food heritage. The cost of the food and drinks you will sample is included, but second rounds are on you...chances are you won't resist to an extra treat! Do you have special dietary needs?
