This is such a gem of a house. Located within the heart of the city and yet just away enough that you will never be bothered by traffic and pollution, this house offers the best of both worlds in many regards. The house is sprawling with 2 floors and huge bedrooms. In addition to all the amenities mentioned, the host makes the extra effort for the guest - cookies and sweets for the guest, detailed instructions and numbers of nearby hospitals and stations in case of an emergency, clean linen and towels, coffee and milk powder - the attention taken to make sure the guest has a comfortable stay is laudable. The fact that we could park 4 cars inside this space in the heart of Ernakulam is simply amazing and the best way to explain how much space. Will definitely be back here again.

The place was absolutely delightful, kudos to caretaker (Sujith and his partner) who keeps the place in its pristine condition. Rooms are spacious and can take you back in time. My pet is extremely choosy about his sleep and people he meets, people there took care of him like their own and made his feel at home. Thanks to Roopa and team for preserving this place in its most beautiful condition. I would go back again! Note : If you’re a heavy breakfast seeker, plan for it with them in advance. The food was delicious but the only in limited quantity. Enjoy!☺️

Fantastic Property with Beautiful Views and Excellent Service! We had an amazing stay at this property! The outdoor spaces are massive, offering stunning backwater views, and the pool was perfect for relaxing. We also appreciated the availability of mountain bikes to explore the local area. The property is incredibly well-maintained, and cleanliness is a solid 10/10. A special mention to Sachu chettan, the caretaker, who was always available to assist us with anything we needed. He also makes the best chai, and we loved his warm hospitality. We were a family of five, including my parents, and we had a wonderful time. For food, Swiggy deliveries were a convenient option, and we also enjoyed the local homely meals available on-site. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and well-cared-for getaway!

We had a fantastic stay at Jaison's beautiful waterfront property. The location was absolutely stunning—peaceful, scenic, and the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. Jaison was an exceptional host, always quick to respond and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. His hospitality made us feel right at home. Stay was great. Great location, right by Vembanad lake with views of Pathiramanal island right across you. Lot of good small eateries nearby (20min drive) which had the best fish preparations. Aneesh (the manager) was really helpful and coordinated the food and activities. Tried dosa as breakfast on one day and it was great. It would have been great if living room also had AC.

We had the pleasure of staying with Deepu and his family whilst on our visit to kerala. From the minute we arrived Deepu and Christine made us feel so welcome and helped us so much . "The apartment was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. Our host went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. "Communication was seamless with the family . They invited us to meet friends and even go away to visit them on a trip we never would have experienced. I cannot put into words how special Deepu and Christine made our visit , Breakfast was absolutely beautiful and traditional I will certainly return. Thank you Deepu to you and your family and friends. I feel we arrived as guests but left as good friends . Highly recommend a visit to stay . We had an amazing stay at Deja Blu for my wedding! The house is designed in a beautiful Greek-style architecture, which was really cool to see—and we got some incredible wedding photos! Overall, we had a great time with family. Sara was an amazing host, always friendly and open for a little chitchat. Last but not least, the beach view was surreal, making it one of the best stays I’ve ever had.

We stayed at Mid's Villa for 12 days and enjoyed every moment. Our kids loved the pool and the nearby beaches. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning which was very helpful in the hot season. The breakfast was great and the evening menu exceeded our expectations. A big thank you to the staff who helped us organize auto and taxi rides and kept the property spotlessly clean.

Lovely property♥️, perfect for a group of five. The indoor pool in the Naalukett and the interiors deserve special mention. The night sky looked magical. Homely food (only vegetarian) was delicious. We’d go again in a heartbeat.

Due to occurrences outside Varghese’s control, the room we had booked with him became unavailable prior to our stay. However, Varghese was extremely helpful in lining up an alternate location for us to stay, sending pictures to make sure we were happy with the change, and covering all our room expenses there. We had a fine stay. The interiors of the property are beautiful, perfectly matching the photos. All functional amenities were available - iron, washing machine, clothes drying stand etc. There is ample space to park the car and lots of common spaces to sit together. The kitchen is very well kept. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay near Fort Kochi!

The place was at a walking distance from lulu mall and metro station,So it was easy to reach many places .The flat was similar to the photos and extremely neat.Set in a great peaceful location,we found it very homely.The host was very welcoming and helpful.I would recomend this place to other people.

Beautiful and spacious place. Anilkumar is a great host and very responsive. It's a relatively peaceful area but at the same time, it is close enough to the airport and the Aluva metro station is a short Uber/Auto ride away. Everything was clean and matched the descriptions. The only exception was the microwave which could have used a bit more cleaning. But the ambiance of the place and having such a big backyard is great. Would stay there again.
