1 bedroom BASEMENT Suite with private bathroom with shower, mini fridge, hot plate, Microwave, living room & entrance from the garage. I do live full time upstairs. You will hear some foot traffic from upstairs I have committed to enhance cleaning. By washing all the blankets between guest. Wiping down all surfaces and 3 days between guest. Great central location in town. I do have a Dog and Cat, if you have pet allergies this space may not work for you.

However when reading "entire suite" we figured we'd have the whole premise to ourselves, but the owner was upstairs. Great place and value, just not exactly what was expected.”
The Peterson Mill Schoolhouse is a rural and historic one classroom school converted into a guest house. Located next to a trout stream and operating dairy farm, you can sit on the open-air porch, relax by the creek, or take a walk on the country roads. What guests are saying:“Wonderful, quaint place to stay. We loved the views of the country! The cows across the way, the corn fields across the street, the creek running through the backyard. It was all beautiful. Judy (the host) was wonderful and was fast at responding, and greeted us when we arrived. The schoolhouse sleeps 6, a queen in one bedroom, a full in another bedroom, and a queen bed in the pullout couch in the living room. The bathroom was nice and clean as well. We loved the bits of nostalgia throughout the old schoolhouse. We highly recommend!”
Beautiful apartment on Columbia Lake on the Chain 'O Lakes. Private deck and fishing dock. Perfect location for kayaking, fishing, or any other water recreational activity. Walking distance to two restaurants, two marinas and ice cream shop. 2.7 miles from Hartman Creek State Park to access trails. Please be aware that a close venue has bands on some summer weekends that can easily be heard when outside and the music may be heard when indoors. Three night minimum May 24th - September 2nd.
What guests are saying:“Private guest house off of Rose's house. Spectacular view of the lake and right alongside a channel with private dock. Clean rental, thoughtful touches like board games, drink chips for local establishment, kayak rental and all "home" amenities available i.e: bedding, pillows, Dish TV, Free Wifi, kitchenware, bath towel, clean up supplies. It does involve stairs to get to main level and the road to get to drive way is pretty sloped if you have some mobility issues. Would definitely stay again! We enjoyed Rose's communication before and after and appreciated her thoughtful walk thru which included local tips.”
