With unique fittings salvaged from The Savoy Hotel, London together with underfloor heating and a log burner, this is a year round bolthole to relax in or to explore the wider Isle of Anglesey.

Beudy'r Esgob

‘Beudy’r Esgob’ translates as ‘Bishop’s Barn’ and it used to be a hay barn and cow shed. It adjoins our 14th century farmhouse and lies in the village of Gwalchmai, Anglesey. We are within walking distance to Anglesey Show ground & air strip and 10 minutes drive from Rhosneigr and its beaches. We would be a super base for those visiting Anglesey Circuit at Tŷ Croes as we have plenty of parking space for car trailers. Welcome to our holiday home ‘Grisiau’r Afon’ (The River Steps). It’s a cosy cottage (two up and two down), featuring a large sheltered decked terraces with views over the river valley to the rear. Ideally located in the heart of the most northerly seaside village in wales. The property has easy access to the coastal path, beaches and wider area. When calendar availability allows, we’re happy to consider reduced‑rate extra nights so you can enjoy a more relaxed check‑in, check‑out, or both.

A perfect retreat for couples or a family of up to 6 for fun or romantic breaks. 2 dogs welcome. Most of our land is now fenced off so your dog can roam reasonably safely in 5 acres.
