The house is located in the Parque dos Ipês allotment, which has this name because there are many ipês. At the time of its flowering, we are surprised by this beautiful spectacle. There are great restaurants and cafes in the city. For those who like shopping, the city is 6 km from Serra Negra.

With breathtaking nature, it is the ideal place to have unforgettable moments. We had a kitten in the house, but we took it to Serra Negra, so disregard the positive and negative comments directed at it... The house has a heated swimming pool, which is very warm in the morning. I leave sheets on the beds, bedspreads, and white towels so you don't have to bring them and so you receive them in the best way. Everything to make it a perfect and pleasant stay.
