Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Amsterdam-Zuid

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Hoorn, une ville conviviale, jolie et très festive, surtout à cette période de l’année. La localisation est parfaite : la gare est à seulement 7 minutes à pied, ce qui nous a permis de rejoindre facilement Amsterdam pour célébrer le King’s Day. Le logement correspond parfaitement aux photos, tout était conforme à nos attentes, propre et bien équipé. Les hôtes ont été très réactifs et disponibles tout au long de notre séjour. Nous recommandons vivement !

Wir hatten ein tolles Wochenende in Tanias Loft. Es ist super gemütlich und man hat alles was man braucht. Auf etwas störende Nachbarn am ersten Abend hat Tania sofort super reagiert und es war direkt ruhig! Außerdem konnten wir unsere geliehenen Fahrräder bei ihr abstellen. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub den wir jederzeit wieder dort verbringen würden ☺️

Wir hatten dank Leon eine wunderschöne Zeit in Amsterdam. Die Wohnung ist relativ zentral aber dennoch ruhig gelegen. Es ist alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnung selbst war schön groß und sauber. Wir fühlten uns direkt wohl und bedanken uns nochmal bei Leon für die Möglichkeit, unser Wochenende dort verbringen zu dürfen.

I've been to Amsterdam several times! All the others stayed in a hotel! This last time I opted for an apartment! It was sensational! I got to know a part of Amsterdam that I didn't know, with residential neighborhoods and I was able to live a few days like a local! It has everything in the neighborhood, supermarkets and restaurants! I will definitely be back...

Our family loved our stay at Coen & Marloes's for our Amsterdam trip! Because it's a real family home, it's well-equipped with all the things you want for everyday life (esp. in the kitchen), and their design and space is lovely. The location worked well- convenient to access by tram & bus, but in a residential area that isn't busy/ touristy. It's also a few stops away from Sloterdijk station, which made it easy to catch trains for day trips. Our hosts provided good tips for local food, activities, and navigation. The space worked well for the 4 of us- 2 adults, 2 teenagers. Everyone could have their own bedroom and space, but it was also amenable to us gathering together. Bedrooms were good and spacious, only feedback is that we could have used some more pillows. Bathrooms were convenient, and the showers were spacious and worked well. The kitchen is modern, and we really appreciated the espresso machine. Coen & Marloes were easy to message and had nearby help if needed.

This is Airbnb as it was intended to be. A kind and helpful host, wonderful house and all around great experience. We traveled with 5 adults and 2 small kids. Sorin’s house was perfectly appointed for everyone to have a great stay. The kids loved the playroom, back garden and all the fun toys. The included bikes (including a cargo bike) made exploring and trips to the train station easy and fun. The house is very comfortable and spacious allowing us to spread out and also spend time together. The neighborhood is very quiet and seems very safe. If you are considering this as an option within easy striking distance to Amsterdam, do it. The train is an €15 round trip.

Great place, really central and close to both the tram and metro, but still on a street slightly away from the busy city centre. Friendly host, well-equipped apartment. Only good things to say.

Our stay at Mark and Paula's house was excellent. The house is very well-equipped, and you'll find everything you need for a pleasant stay and more. The location is perfect and very well connected to public transportation, as the train station is just a few blocks away, along with the tram and a bus stop right at the doorstep. In just a few minutes, you can reach different destinations. On the other hand, Mark and Paula are always attentive to ensure you enjoy your stay and are very willing to answer any questions, address concerns, or solve any issues that may arise. In our particular case, we are very grateful because they allowed us to enjoy our stay with our small pets, which makes it invaluable. They deserve 6 stars. Thank you very much for everything. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful family holiday staying at Nicole's house. The location was perfect for exploring Holland especially with the 15 minute train journey into Amsterdam. Haarlem is lovely too with lots to see and do. The house was perfect for our family with lots of space. My daughter especially enjoyed the trampoline while she was waiting for everyone to get ready for a day out! I would highly recommend.

Maison parfaite pas très loins d’Amsterdam idéal pour des couple d’amis qui souhaite venir visiter Amsterdam mais aussi avoir des temps plus calme. Pour ce qui n’aime pas la foule Haarlem est déjà un petit Amsterdam.

Our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 young kids) felt right at home, the house was modern and clean. Tom left us a lovely bottle of wine and stroopwafels for us all to enjoy. There was a beautiful running/walking path and good restaurants close by. It was a great home away from home. A car is definitely highly recommended.

Great place with an amazing living room space. Location is quite convenient for public transportation access. Everything was amazing except that the staircase to the 2nd floor was quite steep when coming down.

We had a comfortable stay as a family of four. Pablo was very responsive and quick to reply to any queries, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The apartment is on the first floor, so access was easy with minimal stairs. Self check-in was simple once we figured out how to use the app. The bathroom is small but spotless, and the shower had great water pressure and stayed hot — definitely a plus! Beds were comfy, and we all slept well after long days exploring. One thing to note: the room with two single beds is quite tight. Once both beds are set up, there’s no floor space to stand or move around. Also, there wasn’t a hair dryer available, which would’ve been helpful to have. We didn’t use the kitchen so can’t comment on that, but the washing machine and dryer were a big help. Overall, a cozy and convenient stay in a well-located apartment. Would recommend!

Marion's place in Haarlem was nothing short of a cozy and magical home away from home. It was perfect for me and my two girls! After looking at multiple places to stay in Amsterdam, we decided to take a chance on a new town to us, Haarlem. This was the best decision we ever made! It's like the Brooklyn of New York City and just a 15-minute train ride from Amsterdam Centraal. It's a short walk to the train, beautiful strolls along bricklaid roads to coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping and is right next to the sought out windmill landmark. Their home is like staying in a magazine with their authentic Scandinavian design. Hosts were flexible, communicative, accommodating and really went above and beyond what we could have hoped for. If you are wanting to visit Amsterdam, take a chance on this quaint, neighboring town and enjoy Marion's place!

Très joli appartement, tout équipé et à distance tout à fait acceptable (10 min) en vélo des principales activités. Le quartier est beaucoup plus calme que le centre d'Amsterdam, ce qui est plus que bienvenu après une journée à déambuler dans la ville. Willem est très sympathique, il vous fait faire un petit tour du propriétaire au moment de la remise des clés et a été flexible sur l'horaire d'arrivée. Un grand merci pour tout !

We spend a lovely night in Haarlem! Niels was really friendly and kind!! :) It was really clean and very modern furnishings. All in all a great place to stay and very accommodating hosts!

Wir haben eine Woche in dieser traumhaft schönen Wohnung verbracht und uns vom ersten Moment an rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist nicht nur sehr gepflegt, sondern auch liebevoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich – die Kommunikation war jederzeit schnell, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage könnte kaum besser sein: angenehm ruhig und dennoch zentral. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar – alles, was man für den Alltag braucht, ist direkt vor Ort. Fahrräder werden auf Wunsch zur Verfügung gestellt, was ideal ist, um die schöne Umgebung flexibel und entspannt zu erkunden. Dank der hervorragenden Anbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gelangt man schnell und unkompliziert nach Haarlem, ans Meer, nach Amsterdam und zu vielen weiteren tollen Ausflugszielen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!
