Marion's farm house was very nice, and although it was a rainy day when we arrived, it didn't give the beauty of the surroundings down, we experienced delicious yogurt and milk in Marion's self-service organic shop and were sadly not staying for a few more days.

The apartment is really great - especially the amenities were phenomenal. Definitely the best Airbnb we've ever been to. The town of Steyr is within walking distance and at the same time the apartment is very quiet. The communication with Ines worked great. She was always reachable and even got us a baby high chair.

We were very pleased with our stay! The apartment was clean, well appointed and perfectly located – especially as it was very close to our tournament venue. The hosts were extremely accommodating, helpful, and communicated quickly and kindly at all times. Clear recommendation – we will be happy to come back!

We loved staying at Helmut’s apartment. The space is large, it was quiet, a great environment for walking, yet close by (with a car) to Ottensheim for large supermarkets and a delightful town. Helmut and Daniela were genuinely nice people, who welcomed us from the moment we arrived. My husband and I look forward to returning to Gramastetten, and we recommend Helmut’s apartment to anyone staying in the area.

This home fulfilled our Christmas holiday expectations. The home is full of character and we really appreciate the history. What an experience for our children to stay in a home that is older than our country. The kitchen is well stocked, out in the quiet country about an hour west from Vienna. The hosts were warm, friendly and responsive. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

We have stayed at many Airbnbs over the years but this has been one of the most special. An attractive, clean and tidy family home, with wonderful grassy garden space comprising a large veranda, outdoor seating, large trampoline, and an exceptional swimming pool. All set in a peaceful rural environment, with woods and endless walking, running or cycling on the doorstep. The house is perfect for families or those seeking tranquility, with or without a mix of physical activity. Other highlights include Moorea the friendly cat, the garden fire pit, fruit and vegetables from the garden, the incredible night sky, and the spooky, autonomous lawn robot that comes out at night ;) Bad Leonfelden centre or nearby supermarkets are a convenient 10 min walk. We were welcomed by Thomas's attentive and friendly dad who also took care of the pool. Thomas himself responded instantly to any enquiries we had. It has been a memorable stay in your beautiful family home, Thomas. Thank you!

We had a very nice time with the children. The place and location is top. Our kids could romp in the garden, hop on the trampoline or play inside with a number of games. Nearby we visited great excursion destinations such as the Scharnstein ruins, the Kasberg ski resort, the Cumberland Wildpark, the Almsee, the Traunsee and the Eurotherme "Aquapulco ". A highlight for our kids was the farm above the accommodation. From booking to departure, Eike and Verena provided us with tips and ideas and thus helped make our vacation as beautiful as possible. We enjoyed our stay here so much! The house is very nice, quiet, spacious and comfortable. We were impressed by the very big attention to the small details, as you can find everything you need there for the stay. We and our kids enjoyed the big cozy living room, terrace in the amazing apple tree garden with the flowers. You can find lots of interesting places for some sightseeing - Wels, Linz etc. are just 15-20 away by car. For the kids we would strongly recommend Wels science museum and small city routes + zoo. Small bakery is 4 min on foot from the house, supermarkets/cafes are also very near. The host is super hospitable, thanks a lot for all the recommendations provided.

Margit and Harald's apartment is a real 5-star accommodation. Super clean, modernly furnished and cozy. The two are incredibly warm hosts and always gave us valuable tips for exploring the region. The place is highly recommended without a doubt!

Thank you for such a lovely stay! We really enjoyed the space - it was not large, but perfect for our family of three (two kids could easily sleep in the bunk beds!). We arrived at the place after a few days without a kitchen in a previous AirBnb and having access to a well stocked, complete kitchen really made us feel at home. We really liked the location - close to the river and a few small shops and restaurants not too far. We had a great stay in this sweet spot.

The stay in the apartment was very successful. The modern design and cleanliness were outstanding. The self-check-in process was a significant advantage, providing convenience and reducing wait times. We liked the place very much, we immediately felt at home. Quietly located, you can be in nature within a few minutes and enjoy the landscape of Austria. Furthermore, we were very pleased about the delicious wine, as well as the little touches in the form of chocolate. We 100% recommend the place.

Good Host & Good Location to stay

The place is clean and cozy. The tram stop is just 2 minutes away, and it's only one stop to the main train station from there. We were very happy with our choice to stay at Sabina's place for our trip to Linz and will definitely come back next time!
