It's a small 45 sq.m house 50m walking distance to the beach. It's a genuine beach house in the family farm at the eastern seaside suburbs of Kalamata. The direct access to the beach and the seaside palm trees sidewalk make the ideal set. The guesthouse is located in the heart of Taygetos. The house is a total of 120sq.m. two-storey with two large balconies overlooking Taygetos and the gorge of Rasina, as well as a large outdoor courtyard. On the ground floor there is the kitchen, the ontas and the living room with a fireplace. Upstairs there is one two-bed bedroom and one three-bed bedroom with fireplace. Each floor has its own bathroom. You are provided with all the comforts to cook or bake.
