This guest house is a renovated 120-year-old private house located in the traditional streets of Takaoka City, Toyama Prefecture (Yamamachi Suji).Located approximately a 10-minute walk from Takaoka Station, the property also offers excellent transport links to Toyama, Kanazawa, the Amahara Kaigan Coast, Himi, Tonami and Jozan.If you have a car, you can easily get to Noto, the World Heritage Site of Gokayama and Shirakawa-go, the Kurobe-Tateyama Alpine Route, and the sights of Takayama. An old wooden house, the sound of birds, and a life with a fire.The building is equipped with a Masonry Ree heater (a storage-heating wood-burning stove), which provides a gentle warmth in winter.The earthen floor in the dining area stays cool even in summer, allowing you to experience the cosiness unique to a traditional kominka house. A guest kitchen is also available for use. 能登半島甲にある小さな宿『能登』 NOTOKNOTです。海まで0秒。釣りや磯遊びなど、まるでプライベートビーチのような湾は、能登島や能登瓦の光る対岸の美しい穴水の家々の景色が見えます。また、時々立山連峰も一望できる特別なスポットです。とても静かで、穏やかな海を眺めながらのんびりとおくつろぎください。ただ、周りにはレストランなどはございません。ご自分で調理していただくか、美味しいレストランでお食事をされてから、チェックインされるのがオススメです。 現在は地震の被害が多く、道など凸凹ですし、近くにお店やレストランなど全くございません。最近20分ぐらい離れた海沿いにイタリア料理が楽しめる:Re Noto CREWという小さなレストランがオープンしました。ランチもディナーもご自身で予約可能です。定休日火、水曜日。 甲は地元の方が普段の暮らしを営まれていますので、お客様にもそれを体感していただくとともに、お客様にも地域の方々の暮らしを守るご協力をいただけたらと思います。また、能登は自然がいっぱいです。虫や生き物が苦手な方は滞在ご遠慮ください。また、海での事故に関しては一切責任を負いません。

The bath, made of hinoki (Japanese cypress) When you step into the bathroom your whole body is enveloped in the scent of the wood. The house is also very close to the ocean.
