Jolie was an amazing host, always responsive, proactive and resourceful. She looked after us like a a good old friend! The villa is a gem, a lot of space, an amazing terrace on the third floor, a fully equipped kitchen and an extraordinary location within 3 min from the beach in a great gated community. The tennis court available was a big plus for us and the peaceful and quiet neighborhood was a blessing, especially after a rather stressful and unpleasant stay in San Juan for 5 days prior to this Rincon trip. The neighbors whom most are local residents are very nice and helpful and we instantly felt like home. Rincón is 10min away and there are good restaurants close by such as La Rosa Inglesa or the Beach House where one can enjoy live music. There is a big surfing community around here and one can feel that cool and relaxed vibe everywhere. We are already thinking about returning with our family and friends. Truly amazing!!experience!

Great condo!! Steps to the beach.....short walk to the pool. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Beach towels, beach chair were an added bonus! Good communication! Owner really took care of us when the island had a 2 day power outage. Thank you Allenny

We can't wait to return to Rincon, and when we do, we hope we can stay here in Lauren's place. It was perfect for our family's five-day stay—plenty of room for the five of us, very clean, well-stocked, quiet, and just all-around comfortable. A good-sized washing machine was great for our active family. Our host provided clear instructions and many great recommendations for restaurants and activities. She was super responsive to questions throughout the stay. It was great to find beach chairs, plenty of beach towels, a beach mat, and we were even given permission to use the surfboards they had stored outside. The property is close to all the beaches we love. Highly recommend if you're looking for a place where you feel at home right away and taken care of by the host.

This was my third time staying here and third times a charm, actually so were the second and first times ! The rental is exactly as it shows, everything you need for a comfortable stay. There’s also a cooler, boogie board, and folding chairs to use during your stay. This spot was perfect for me, quiet, steps to the beach, pool, close to attractions like Crash Boat Beach, the town of Rincon where there’s multiple beaches one just as beautiful as the next. Fall asleep listening to the waves. I walked the beach daily collecting a wide variety of shells. There’s a local ice cream shop that’s absolutely delicious! On the weekends there’s local vendors that gather and sell a variety of items from food, to artwork, wood carvings, clothing, etc. Thursday afternoon/evening in Rincon square there a weekly art festival that’s a must experience. There is so much to experience in this area. Enjoy!

We booked Javier's place for a total of four nights for a birthday celebration getaway. When I arrived, I was surprised with a bottle of cava, some delicious chocolates, lovely decorations, and a thoughtful handwritten note. That was so sweet of Javier and his wife. The place is a dream come true and has everything you could need. We cooked, watched TV, and went to the pool. The villa couldn't be any better—well, maybe, just maybe—a slightly larger fridge would help, but that's only if you're the kind of guest who enjoys cooking during vacations. As for the experience, on the second day of our stay, the power went out at 2 p.m. in multiple areas. Javier made sure we were taken care of; he brought us a generator that lit up the whole place and even left us extra fuel in case the blackout lasted longer. Fortunately, that wasn't the case—the power came back at 11:48 p.m. the same day. We are so happy and feel truly blessed to have stayed here. Would 100% recommend it and will be back.

I do not believe you'll find another full-size house in PR with two full bathrooms, whole house air-conditioning, and such an amazing view of the mountains and ocean. This was a great place to stay for a family of 4. There were really thoughtful amenities for beach visits like sunscreen, beach towels, a cooler, and chairs. There is no tv, but you'll hardly notice.

This is our second stay here. We always leave wishing we could stay more time. The house is great, great kitchen to do some comfort cooking, great deck to do some BBQ, rest and stare at nature surroundings, while using the jacuzzi and relax. The living room is very cozy; anyhow, is a place that makes it hard to go to the beach, pretty peaceful place. Communication with host was great. We will gladly come back.

My group had a great time at Villa el Encanto! We had the pleasure of getting to stay in Rincón for a friend’s wedding and had the best stay. The house and yard are massive (we even got a game of kickball going in the yard)! The pool is the perfect temperature day and night and the best place to hang out if you want some reprieve from the beach. Beds were comfortable and clean. We highly recommend staying here!

I love to travel! I’ve slowed down a bit since having kids.. but still take a minimum of 1-3 a year! Being a creature of habit when going Caribbean or Adriatic Sea, 100% of the time we stay direct beach/sea front.. my accommodations always take front seat as my night/morning ambiance are just as important as location to me. This place has changed my perspective so I’m very Glad we ended up here if even for a night, as had I came across it on a past trip I would of instantly booked it for our 4night stay in Rincon and made our trunk the beach merch depo! It’s truly a beautiful space with a very Zen feel! Bravo 👏🏼

What a great house for me and my family. With the home being 4 levels and many beds there was plenty of room for my family of 8. Whether it was lying by the pool or cooking in the grande kitchen you have a beautiful view of the ocean. Peaceful and private is what this house offers. The home has a full water filtration system, generator and HOT WATER which made me very comfortable for we had small children with us. If you are looking for a house with everything you are looking for, choose this one. The host was so friendly and helped us with all our needs prior to arriving. We have already booked our next season stay for 2 weeks. So excited

We had an amazing experience staying at The terraces! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and the spaces were thoughtfully comfortable. All the spaces provided some privacy between the families. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay. The location was perfect too—close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

The place was beautiful and more than described. Every amenity you can think of was in the house making you feel like you walked into your own home. The communication was excellent from the moment we got there. There was a power outage on the island and the generator worked perfectly. As a vrbo owner, this has exceeded our expectations!

Casa Canal was a beautiful house, great location, great surf trip with some buddies & the wives. So close to so many good spots to eat in town. The pool was very relaxing and the beach out back was a beauty. We all had a great time.

Where do I begin. I cannot begin to describe the entire vibe and aesthetic of Michele‘s property. As cliché as it sounds the photos do absolutely no justice. My husband teenage daughter nine-year-old and four month old baby and my mother all stayed very comfortably. We had enough linens, towels and beach chairs and games outside to keep us entertained in between Beach visits. Pro tip: We arrived at night in the dark in the pouring rain. Our minivan rental couldn’t make it up the hill thank goodness there was a local standing outside watching us fail L O L. He recommended that we drive the vehicle up backwards. And it worked thank goodness! We spent majority of our time on the property and between dining out. We visited all the beaches around us. Step beach during sunset was absolutely gorgeous! The host managers were responsive. And Michelle even gave us a nice back story about the home, which made it all the more special! Thanks for the memories!!!

We loved our private patio and listened to the waves crash on the shore. The mattress is super comfortable. We look forward to returning to this charming location.

Yaneira's villa on the beach is a paradise. The accommodations, balcony and pool were amazing. The pelicans, private beach and coral reef were an extra special surprise. Bring your snorkeling gear, it is worth it!

This place is right on the beach and we had it all to ourselves the entire trip! We arrived here on a stormy weekend so what started as a clean beach ended cluttered for the rest of the trip. I was able to sit on the balcony and watch my teens surf and body board the entire time, we loved that we were lucky enough to get great waves! This spot is pretty close to Rincón and we found ourselves going there quite often for food. Nearby walking distance and bakery has coffee and food and also the pharmacy has tons of things. We enjoyed a smoked chicken place several times. I did not notice when I booked that there is no washer and dryer so pack accordingly. We also didn’t have enough garbage bags and toilet paper for 7 people- most were boys so it’s not like they used a lot of TP. No hair dryer. Only one tv and it’s in the master bedroom so plan for games or “family time” haha. We really enjoyed our time and would rent this place again in a heartbeat

Our daughter was on cloud nine between having the pool and beach to enjoy each day. The location was perfect with the beach, coffee shops, restaurants and bars all just a short walk away. The pool was available and clean each morning.

Absolutely perfect getaway home! Everything about this house is just right , the backyard is amazing , The attention to detail was spot on making this place a memorable trip. Will be looking forward to coming back to this house in the future 100%!!

This home is so peaceful and beautiful. The decor is tastefully done. The yard is an oasis with beautiful native plants/flowers. We felt at home the whole time and the pool was a hit with the kids. There’s enough space to spread out. The kitchen is well Equipped and the view from there was perfection. Beds in all rooms were quite comfy and most importantly it was very clean! You will need a car to get around and I would take the host’s recommendations as they were all good. I’m actually sad to leave-Hope to come back soon if they will have us!

The house was great for two families of four. We loved how close it was to everything in Rincon and all the beaches. The beach next to the house was fun to explore in the mornings! The pool area was nice and was a great place to hang in the evenings.
